Some embodiments relate to a system for automated gaming recognition, the system comprising: at least one image sensor configured to capture image frames of a field of view including a table game; at least one depth sensor configured to capture depth of field images of the field of view; and a computing device configured to receive the image frames and the depth of field images, and configured to process the received image frames and depth of field images in order to produce an automated recognition of at least one gaming state appearing in the field of view. Embodiments also relate to methods and computer-readable media for automated gaming recognition. Further embodiments relate to methods and systems for monitoring game play and/or gaming events on a gaming table.

A fraud detection system which detects fraud in a game of performing collection and redemption of chips in accordance with a win or lose result includes a camera which captures an image of chips contained in a chip tray of a dealer, an image analyzing apparatus which analyses the image captured by the camera to detect an amount of the chips contained in the chip tray, a card distribution device which determines a win or lose result of a game, and a control device which compares the win or lose result of the game and the amount of the chips contained in the chip tray before and after collection and redemption of the chips to detect fraud.

In a table game system provided by the present invention, a card shoe used in a table game can be used to calculate periods associated with the progress of the game handled by a dealer, particularly periods from the time when a card is drawn from a card accommodating section to the time when a result of the game is displayed, such as a game play period, and other periods excluding the play period which includes a bet period and a bet settlement period.

In a table game system provided by the present invention, a card shoe used in a table game can be used to calculate periods associated with the progress of the game handled by a dealer, particularly periods from the time when a card is drawn from a card accommodating section to the time when a result of the game is displayed, such as a game play period, and other periods excluding the play period which includes a bet period and a bet settlement period.

The determining unit is configured to compare the chip information of the chips in the storage case with a physical number of the chips in the storage case, determine that there is an abnormal chips among the chips stored in the storage case based on a determination that the counted number of the chips does not match a physical number of the chips in the storage case, and output a result associated with an indication of the abnormal chip.

An inspection system of a chip includes a reading device and a determining unit. The reading device is configured to count a number of chips stored in a storage case, the chips associated with a table game and including a chip having a radio tag, read the radio tag while the chips are stored in the storage case, and acquire chip information. A method includes. determining numbers of a cards sequentially removed from a card shooter and delivered to one or more persons during a round of a card game. The method further includes determining, based on the determined numbers of the cards and based on one or more signals received from a set of card detecting optical sensors of a group of sensors located on one or more card guide rails, whether there is an attempt to draw a card from the card shooter after the round of the card game is over. The method also includes, based a determination of that the attempt occurred, generating a signal indicating the attempt.
