The present invention relates to a handheld scratching device for scratch-off tickets. The device/tool is used for scraping opaque or film coatings of the scratch-off tickets such as a lottery tickets, to reveal hidden printed material thereunder. The device includes a base that includes a keyhole and a thumb grip indentation for securely and comfortably gripping the device during scraping. The device also includes a scratching edge for scraping the opaque or film coatings easily and securely. The keyhole is used for attaching the base to a key ring, keychain or keepsake holder. The device can come in multiple shapes, colors and designs, and can have messages or quotations printed or engraved in the base. The device obviates the use of a coin or any conventional sharp object to scrape a scratch-off ticket.

A gaming device includes a base member and a plurality of components. The base member has an upper surface and a bottom surface. A first pair of components is disposed within a first gaming area of the base member and a second pair of components is disposed within a second gaming area of the base member. A bottle cap launcher for launching bottle caps for entertainment. The bottle cap launcher generally includes a body, a collar, and a pry tooth with a shaft mounted in the collar. The launcher also has a spring compressed between the collar and the body, the spring surrounding the pry tooth shaft. The body can slide on the shaft of the pry tooth. Bottle caps can be leveraged under the pry tooth and positioned to compress the spring and displace the body toward the collar. When released, the bottle cap is launched by the body when the spring forces it back to its original, relaxed position on the pry tooth shaft.

A lottery ticket scratching system for removing scratch offs from a lottery ticket includes a card that has a first surface. A plurality of scratch offs is provided and each of the scratch offs is positioned on the first surface. Each of the scratch off is selectively frictionally abraded from the first surface. A panel is provided and the panel is selectively manipulated. The panel frictionally abrades the scratch offs from the card.
