The unitarily formed expandable spinal implant includes an upper portion, a lower portion, a proximal wall, a first distal wall portion, a second distal wall portion, and a separator connected by at least one point of attachment to the spinal implant. A separation tool breaks the separator free from the at least one point of attachment, and moves the separator within the implant to force expansion thereof from the unexpanded configuration to the expanded configuration.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL PUZZLE GAME AND ASSOCIATED METHOD OF PLAYING THE SAME
A three-dimensional puzzle game that is fun and cooperatively involves excitement, competition, strategy, skill, and luck, generally including the comprising the steps of: (a) providing three-dimensional puzzle pieces that are originally oriented in a random pattern; (b) providing a solution template that collectively corresponds to a surface of each one of the three-dimensional puzzle pieces; (c) shaking and rolling the three-dimensional puzzle pieces onto a surface; (d) isolating all three-dimensional puzzle pieces that have a surface that correspond to the solution template; (e) collecting all three-dimensional puzzle pieces that do not have a surface that corresponds to the solution template; (f) repeating the steps of shaking, rolling, isolating, and collecting until all of the three-dimensional puzzle pieces have a surface that corresponds to the solution template; and (g) arranging all of the three-dimensional puzzle pieces to conform with the solution template to, in turn, solve the puzzle.
Dice Tipping Game and Method
A dice tipping game and method utilizes a set of dice comprising a group of pictorial icons. The server rolls the dice and the dice faces are tallied. This tally represents the percentage gratuity to be paid to the server based on the value of the meal or service. One of the pictorial images has a value of zero, another one of the images has a value equating to an additional percentage added to the tally, and a third image represents an opportunity to roll the dice again for a more favorable tally. One or more optional die with faces representing cash values may be added to the set of dice to provide an additional tip amount to the server above and beyond the total percentage rolled.
SYSTEM INCLUDING DICE HOLDER AND CORRESPONDING DICE
A system including a dice holder and corresponding dice is disclosed, the dice holder having at least one aperture where the dice is configured to nest within a head and be viewable through the at least one aperture. In one embodiment, the dice holder has a first aperture and a second aperture, wherein the dice can be inserted through the first aperture and is viewable through the second aperture. The first aperture has a first periphery and the second aperture has a second periphery, wherein a dice periphery of the dice is greater than the second periphery, but less than the first periphery. The first aperture can receive the dice and allow for complete translation while the second aperture will block and prevent the dice from further translation through a receptacle volume of the head, thereby retaining the dice in the head of the dice holder.

In some instances, administering the blackjack game comprises receiving at least one wager in a designated player wager area on a gaming surface associated with the blackjack game. In some instances, the at least one wager is associated with at least one tangible gaming chip. Furthermore, in some instances, the blackjack game is associated with a physical gaming table with a play surface and at least one deck of physical card. In some instances, administering the blackjack game comprises dealing, after receiving the at least one wager, at least one hand from the at least one deck for the blackjack game; determining that an outcome of the hand necessitates a dice roll of a set of specialized physical dice associated with a secondary game; determining a payout value on the at least one wager based on an outcome of the dice roll; and resolving the at least one wager according to the payout value.
CHESS GAMES WITH CHANCE ELEMENTS
The present disclosure describes a new game based upon the conventional game of chess. The new game includes a chessboard, chessmen, custom dice, and a custom set of the images of the six possible chessmen types taken in combinations of two, three, four, or five depending upon the game on custom cards. This new game puts more challenge and variety into the game of chess. Kits are contemplated that include custom dice, custom cards, a standard chess set, and, in some embodiments, a doubling cube.
