09757643 · 2017-09-12 · ·

A board game scoring assistive device having a panel that includes one or more apertures accommodating a player game piece or token and a particular manner keeping it positioned over the proper area or score, especially when the game piece is sized so that it covers more than just a single scoring position. This invention helps to alleviate the questions of which position the piece is in as well as where the piece had been in the event of an accidental jolt to the scoring area.

Game object randomization apparatus for electronic gaming machine
11395958 · 2022-07-26 · ·

An improved system, apparatus and method for flipping gaming objects, such as dice, in a random, reliable manner. An object flipping platform can be contained within a container associated with an electronic gaming machine. The container can be at least partially transparent so that users (e.g., game players) are able to view the objects flipping. The object flipping platform can be used to flip objects (e.g., dice) from one side to an opposite side, and vice versa.

The systems and methods herein provide for human- and machine-readable cryptographic keys from dice. In one embodiment, the system places a number of dice into an arrangement to fill a dice grid. The number of dice each contains a number of faces, and each of the faces of the dice includes an image. The system then captures, via a client device, an image of the arrangement. The system generates a cryptographic key from the captured image. This cryptographic key is a human-readable and machine-readable representation of the arrangement in a canonical sequence.

SYSTEM INCLUDING DICE HOLDER AND CORRESPONDING DICE
20220088471 · 2022-03-24 · ·

A system including a dice holder and corresponding dice is disclosed, the dice holder having at least one aperture where the dice is configured to nest within a head and be viewable through the at least one aperture. In one embodiment, the dice holder has a first aperture and a second aperture, wherein the dice can be inserted through the first aperture and is viewable through the second aperture. The first aperture has a first periphery and the second aperture has a second periphery, wherein a dice periphery of the dice is greater than the second periphery, but less than the first periphery. The first aperture can receive the dice and allow for complete translation while the second aperture will block and prevent the dice from further translation through a receptacle volume of the head, thereby retaining the dice in the head of the dice holder.

A motivational phrase assembly includes a housing that is positionable on a support surface. A lid is attached to the housing and the lid has an opening extending therethrough. A dome is movably disposed on the housing, the dome is depressable into a depressed position and the dome is biased into a raised position. A pair of dice is positioned within the dome such that the dice are visible through the dome. Each of the dice has indicia printed thereon and the indicia comprise a plurality of unique motivational phrases. The dice are shaken in the dome when the dome is depressed and subsequently released thereby facilitating random sides of the dice to be displayed. In this way the motivational phrases on the random sides are displayed to the user.
