A motivational phrase assembly includes a housing that is positionable on a support surface. A lid is attached to the housing and the lid has an opening extending therethrough. A dome is movably disposed on the housing, the dome is depressable into a depressed position and the dome is biased into a raised position. A pair of dice is positioned within the dome such that the dice are visible through the dome. Each of the dice has indicia printed thereon and the indicia comprise a plurality of unique motivational phrases.
