The passenger carrier is attached to the main carrier at a distance from the first axis of rotation and has a second drive for rotation of the passenger carrier about the second axis of rotation. The passenger carrier is provided with one or more passenger carrier arms with a seat carrier (30) with one or more seats. Each seat carrier is rotatable about a third axis of rotation (R3), which is at an angle of substantially 30 to 70 degrees with respect to the second axis of rotation.
