Interactive amusement attraction system and method
An attraction capable of incorporating user interactivity. The attraction utilizes a slide for supporting a rider, with a ride vehicle or without. The ride vehicle may support one or multiple riders that allows the riders to manipulate its position or other associated elements while on the attraction. Upon manipulating an element, a signal may be transmitted. This signal may aid in determining whether a rider has successfully manipulated the element, for example, at an appropriate time. Sensors along the attraction may also be configured to track the user and/or ride vehicle via determining vicinity of the user and/or ride vehicle at a known location. Various rewards and/or features may be enabled based upon successful manipulation and/or user position. The attraction may include one or more illuminating features. Statistics or other information may be determined, stored, and/or provided (e.g., using mobile applications and/or scoreboards) relating to user performance.

System and method for affecting motion of an amusement ride vehicle
A system for affecting motion of an amusement ride vehicle is disclosed. The system includes a channel and a plurality of fluid spray sources positioned to spray at least a primary fluid over the channel. For at least one of the fluid spray sources, the system is adapted to inject a secondary fluid into the primary fluid to modify at least one of a pressure and a velocity of the primary fluid. A corresponding method is also disclosed.

Water ride with external heading controlled rafts
A water ride system with a flume that includes one or more sections in which a raft is unguided (except with flume sidewalls) to provide a dynamic experience with side-to-side movement and rotation. Further, the flume is configured to include one or more controlled or guided sections in which a raft is funneled or directed into a keyed guided portion of the ride path and then later released into one of uncontrolled or unguided sections of the flume. A raft includes a keyed guide assembly, mounted upon a lower surface of the raft body, that includes a pair of spaced apart guide members. In a guiding subsection of the flume, the bottom wall or lower surface of the flume includes a raised portion that includes a guideway or groove for receiving the guide assembly, whereby the raft has it directional and rotational movements guided in the flume.

Amusement Park Ride Assembly
An amusement park ride assembly includes a sphere which has a diameter sufficiently large for accommodating a plurality of passengers. The sphere is comprised of a translucent material to facilitate the plurality of passengers to see through the sphere. A seating unit is pivotally disposed within the sphere such that the seating unit remains in an upright orientation when the sphere is rolling. The seating unit has a plurality of chairs to facilitate each of the passengers to occupy a respective one of the chairs. A plurality of tubes is each integrated into a structural framework. Each of the tubes has a diameter is sufficient to facilitate the sphere to roll through a respective one of the tubes to facilitate the passengers in the sphere to enjoy a thrilling ride.
