A posable toy figure is disclosed. The posable toy figure includes: a limb structure comprising a flexible support member at least partially enclosed in a pliable material member that is physically distinct from the flexible support member; a first rigid body member that encloses a first portion of the limb structure, the first rigid body member comprising a connection interface that extends from an exterior of the first rigid body member; and a second rigid body member that encloses a second portion of the limb structure, the second rigid body member and the first rigid body member being spatially separated such that the limb structure is exposed between the first body member and the second body member.

A posable toy figure is disclosed. An enhanced children's toy system has an inner skeleton member with enhanced flexibility, an outer molded body assembled therewith and removably engageable with a toy vehicle member for play use. The inner skeleton member includes a series of displaceable flexible members joined by a series of substantially rigid or semi-rigid members allowing, at each interface, the enhanced flexibility member to bend and to be placed during play into contortions having degrees of motion not possible with a convention toy member with pivot joints. The enhanced flexibility member is releasably mountable to a toy vehicle via mounts during a play use.

The attachment member engages a mittened hand of a doll such that the mittened hand is obscured by the hand portion.

A retrofittable posable toy hand assembly includes a simulated glove including a hand portion and plurality of finger members attached to and extending away from the hand portion. The hand portion has a free edge positioned opposite of the finger members. Each of the finger members is bendable and retained in a bent position. An attachment member is positioned on the simulated glove adjacent to the free edge. The attachment member engages a mittened hand of a doll such that the mittened hand is obscured by the hand portion.

A plush toy system is provided having a foam inner made with a compressible foam. A flexible outer covering surrounds the foam inner and has an inner surface for contacting the foam inner. The inner foam is compressed and constrained by the flexible outer covering such that it does not achieve a natural uncompressed size. The flexible outer covering is formed into a shape, or the inner foam is formed into the shape and the flexible outer covering is shaped to and aligned with the shape of the foam inner and entirely surrounding the foam inner such that the inner foam is not fully expanded and is constrained or compressed by the flexible outer covering.
