Splicing structure
A splicing structure is disclosed, and the splicing structure includes at least two splicing blocks which are detachably spliced together, a splicing hole is arranged in one of the two splicing blocks which are spliced with each other, the other splicing block is provided with a splicing column which can be inserted into the splicing hole, and the splicing column is provided with an inner hole extending in an axial direction thereof. The splicing structure further includes: a plug piece having an insertion rod; a receptacle having a sleeve, where an insertion hole is formed on the sleeve.
SPLICING STRUCTURE
The present application discloses a splicing structure that can be broadly apply to toy, tool, furniture, handicrafts, jewelry or other fields. The splicing structure comprises a splicing block capable to detachably spliced with one another, said splicing block comprises a splicing hole and a splicing column. The splicing structure also comprises a plug piece having an insertion rod, said insertion rod having protrusions along its periphery; a receptacle having an insertion hole, wherein outer diameter of the protrusions, inner diameter of the insertion hole and outer diameter of the insertion rod decrease. The plug piece is mounted between the splicing column and the splicing hole, said receptacle is mounted within inner hole of the splicing column; when two splicing blocks are spliced through inserting a second splicing block into a first splicing block, insertion rod of the first splicing block is inserted into the insertion hole of the second splicing block by interference fit and the two splicing blocks are firmly spliced together by snap fit connection between the protrusions of the first splicing block and the insertion hole of the second splicing block.
COLLAPSIBLE TOY BOAT
A play structure is formed from flexible struts supporting a fabric. The struts are inserted through pockets along the edges of the fabric. The struts are joined together by connectors at apexes of the structure. The struts form an upper frame and a lower frame. The upper and lower frames are connected by battens. The struts and battens hold the fabric in a selected shape, such as a sailboat. The battens are formed from flat, flexible members that are bent about their longitudinal axis to form a C-shaped cross section. Ends of the battens are inserted into curved batten receivers on the connectors. When a downward force is applied, such as when a child sits or steps on the structure, the upper frame is pressed toward the lower frame. The battens bend and flatten to resiliently allow the structure to collapse. When the force is relieved, the battens resiliently resume their curved shape, restoring the structure to its original configuration.
SUPPORT SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR RAPID ASSEMBLY OF COMPONENTS AND INFRASTRUCTURES WITH INTEGRATED ELECTRONICS, POWER AND OTHER INSTRUMENTALITIES
A system of interlocking blocks and rods or tubes for rapid assembly of component infrastructures, where one or more of those components have electronics, power or other instrumentalities built into the component during manufacture, such as by 3-D printing, and the components thereof and methods therefor. The rods or tubes, blocks (for interlocking the rods/tubes) and through-holes allow not only structural stability but interconnectivity of electricity, power or other functionalities. The methodology of the present invention provides a paradigm for modeling more costly and complicated systems. Also, product packaging for products made pursuant to the present invention is scaled so as to be usable in the application of the parts.
Door hinge
A door hinge assembly includes: a door frame defining a frame opening and a jamb at one side of the frame opening, the jamb including two frame corners protruding into the frame opening and a jamb brace connecting the two frame corners across the frame opening, the jamb brace defining two spaced-apart hinge holes therethrough; a door movable to selectively provide access through the frame opening, and an elastic cord connecting the door to the door frame, the cord extending sequentially through a first of the two hinge passages, through a first of two passage openings at the jamb edge, through a first of the two hinge holes, across the jamb brace, through a second of the two hinge holes, through a second of the two passage openings at the jamb edge, and through the second of the two hinge passages.
FOAM BLOCKS HAVING CONNECTION CHANNELS
A method of forming a foam block capable of being securely assembled to a different foam block to create a structure that is larger than the foam block is described herein. The method includes the following features. The foam block is received. Channels are formed in at least one side of the foam block. At least some of the channels are formed to accept a securing member that restricts vertical and horizontal movement of the foam block when the foam block is secured to the different foam block.
Construction toy including tubes and connectors, and device for cutting and bending tubes therefor
A device for cutting and bending a hollow elongate tube. A measuring subassembly is adapted for measuring a desired size of the tube. A cutting subassembly is adapted for cutting the tube to the desired size. A bending subassembly is adapted for bending the cut tube to a desired angular orientation. The bending subassembly includes a base controlling a radius of a bend to be formed in the cut hollow elongate tube, and a user grippable handle. The user grippable handle is configured to enable a user to rotate the cut hollow elongate tube, relative to the round base, to form the bend in the cut hollow elongate tube.
TOY STRUCTURE KIT WITH A CONNECTOR AND ACCESSORIES
The toy structure kit includes an accessory defining an opening, a toy structure defining an opening, and a connector having a base member and a collar, the connector configured to couple the accessory to the toy structure, the base member including a first projection member and a second projection member, the first projection member configured to extend through the opening defined by the accessory and receive the collar, the second projection member configured to extend through the opening defined by the toy structure.
Compressible vertical connector
The present invention relates to construction assemblies or modules. There are attachment members that are connected by pressing an elastic protrusion head through an aperture and threading the protrusion head from one side of the aperture to the other. As the area of the aperture is smaller than area of front projection plane of the protrusion head, threading the protrusion head into the aperture requires the deformation of the protrusion head. After traversing the aperture, the protrusion head returns to its non-deformated shape, and the protrusion neck is settled within the aperture.
