SPIN-ON FILTER ASSEMBLY WITH REPLACEABLE CORELESS ELEMENT
A spin-on filter assembly with replaceable coreless element comprises: a reusable spin-on housing including a filter bowl having sealing structure on a bottom of the filter bowl and a sealing structure on a top of the filter bowl; a center support tube integral with the filter bowl and including a perforated tube and an upper portion having an threaded coupling allowing for the filter assembly to threaded into position and an exterior sealing structure; and a replaceable coreless filter element mounted on the central support tube within the filter bowl and having filter media, a lower sealing structure configured to engage with the sealing structure on the bottom of the filter bowl and an upper sealing structure configured to engage with the exterior sealing structure on the center support tube.
FILTRATION DEVICE AND FILTRATION METHOD
A filtration device that includes a cylindrical body and a filtration part. The cylindrical body has a first open end and a second closed end with an end wall. The filtration part is on a circumferential portion of the cylindrical body and has through-holes.
TOP INLET VACUUM PULSE CLEANING DUST COLLECTOR
A dust collector (10) includes upper and lower apertured tube sheets (40, 42) within a collector housing, with a plurality of vertically extending filter tube assemblies secured to upper tube sheet apertures (44) and extending downwardly toward the lower tube sheet (42). Each filter tube assembly (54) has a filter tube (56) optionally equipped with a lower weight assembly (58) placing the tube (56) in tension. Particulate-laden gas passes through the upper ends of the filter tubes (56) and downwardly therethrough, causing particulates to collect on the inner surfaces of the tubes (56). Such collected particulates are periodically removed by generating vacuum shock pulses which act on the tubes (56) to dislodge the particulates.
PASSIVE MEMBRANE FILTRATION SYSTEM WITH PRE-TREATMENT
The present invention discloses an improved multiple filtration cartridge assembly comprising filter cartridges with internal riser tubes mounted on a collection rail via rail couplers. Within this configuration, at least one internal riser tube contains a drain down orifice which corresponds to a matching drain down orifice on the rail coupler. The disclosed assembly increases the lifespan of the filter cartridges. Further, the multiple filtration cartridge assembly may be configured as a filtration mechanism within a variety of Structural Best Practice Management water filtration systems.
