Fiber disc filter having structure for preventing damage to fabric filter
The present invention relates to a fabric disc filter having a structure for preventing damage to a filter panel. In this regard, an object of the present invention is to provide a fabric disc filter having a structure for preventing damage to filter panel, being capable of preventing the filter panel attached to the filter panel from being torn or being disconnected from the filter frame in the washing process of suctioning and removing foreign matter. To accomplish this object, the present invention provides a fabric disc filter having a structure for preventing damage to filter panel, the fabric disc filter including: a rotary drum; and a plurality of filter segments arranged on an outer circumferential surface of the rotary drum, wherein each of the filter segments includes: a segment frame that is partially open so as to enable inlet of a fluid therethrough, and being configured to discharge the inlet fluid to the rotary drum; a filter frame assembled to the segment frame so as to be positioned on the fluid inlet side of the segment frame; a filter panel provided in the filter frame so as to filter foreign matter in the fluid flowing therethrough; and a rod-shaped stopper provided in the filter panel so as to distribute a load applied to the filter panel in a washing process of the filter panel and couple the filter panel to the filter frame or the segment frame.
Backwashing suction device for fabric filtration apparatus
A backwashing suction device for a fabric filtration apparatus, and more particularly, a backwashing suction device for a fabric filtration apparatus in which an edge surface of a suction slit through which pile threads exit is inclined to form a slope so that the pile threads introduced into the suction slit when a fiber disk filter is rotated for backwashing come into contact with the slope and thus the amount of angular rotation of the pile threads is increased to increase the backwashing effect. Also, since a plurality of friction protrusions are formed to protrude from the slope, the effect of removing foreign substances can be further enhanced through the effect of rubbing and washing the pile threads on a washboard while the pile threads ascend over each of the friction protrusions one by one.
BACKWASH SUCTION DEVICE OF FIBROUS FILTER
An incised surface is formed in one surface of a suction plate on the basis of a slit and a pattern roller is placed in a room, which is provided at a thickness part of the slit in which the incised surface is formed, to rotate in place so that the pattern roller partially protrudes outward from the incised surface and forms patterns on a surface of fleeces which are backwashed while passing through the slit so as to increase a filtration area of the fleeces. The backwash may be performed and the filtration area of the fleeces may be increased using the room. The spline-shaped patterns including splines cut to a certain length, patterns including several annular protrusions formed on an outer circumference of the pattern roller, spline-shaped patterns formed on the outer circumference, lattice-shaped patterns, and the like may be formed on a surface of the pattern roller.
BRINE INJECTION SYSTEM WITH IMPROVED FILTERING SYSTEM
A brine injection system with a plurality of needles, which are inserted into a product and through which brine is injected into the product. Brine which does not end up in the product is collected and recycled, and during recycling, the brine flows through a filter. The filter includes a filter element, along which unfiltered brine flows in a flow-direction and through which filtered brine passes and which holds back residues in the unfiltered brine. The filter element includes a multitude of slots, each with a main extension direction which extends parallel to the flow direction of the brine.
Filter device
A filter device has a filter housing (1) with a fluid inlet (13) for raw fluid, with a fluid outlet (3) for filtrate and with at least one one-piece or multi-piece filter insert (5, 7) received in the filter housing (1). The filter insert can be cleaned using at least one back-flushing member (21) in counter-current to the filtration direction. This back-flushing member can, by a fluid-guiding driveshaft (23) of a rotary drive (35), be moved along the inner side (19) of the respective filter insert (5, 7) and has, at its end adjacent to this inner side (19), a gap-shaped passage opening (39) that extends parallel to the axis of rotation of the driveshaft (23) and that discharges into a flow space (41; 57; 67) fluidically connected to the driveshaft (23). The flow space at least partially continuously narrows in the direction of the driveshaft (23) in a first plane in which the passage opening (39) lies. In another second plane transverse to the first plane, the flow space (41; 57; 67) at least partially continuously widens proceeding from the passage opening (39) in the direction of the driveshaft (23).
FILTER ARRANGEMENTS
A filter arrangement includes a cleaning mechanism for cleaning at least one screen filter of the filter arrangement. The cleaning mechanism has a flush chamber, a central hollow core that extends through the flush chamber, and suction nozzles fitted to the core. The core extends between opposing axial ends that are located outside of the flush chamber in exposure to substantially similar pressures at least during a cleaning operation of the cleaning mechanism.
Continuously Regenerable Scrubber
Regeneration of a fluid medium can be accomplished using a continuously regenerable scrubber, which, in its various embodiments, combines valve functions and sorbent material, such as amine beds, into one component, dramatically reducing size and mass of scrubber. Sorbent material beds rotate continuously past breathing gas vent loop ports for scrubbing CO.sub.2/H.sub.2O and then past vacuum ports for regenerating the sorbent material. Typically, a first fluid output is connected to a lower header fluid output and a second, sweeping fluid source connected to a lower header fluid input. A motor spins the substantially circular bed assembly at a predetermined speed which allows adsorption or absorption as well as desorption of materials flowing through the sorbent material.
