Chemical liquid purification apparatus and purification method using the same
A chemical liquid purification apparatus includes a tank body, a return tube, a liquid sending pump, a filtration device and a piping. The tank body has a liquid passage port and a circulation port communicated to a storage space inside the tank body. The return tube has one end connected to the circulation port and another end extending to the storage space. The liquid sending pump and the filtration device are located outside the tank body in between the liquid passage port and the circulation port. The piping is connecting the liquid sending pump and the filtration device to the liquid passage port and the circulation port.
MULTI-PHASE STORAGE VESSEL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A complete fuel tank maintenance and cleaning system. This apparatus and method are capable of effectively cleaning an underground or aboveground storage tank by implementing a multi-stage filtration and removal system, and effectively removing contaminants from tank surfaces by using the product or alternative as a streamed cleaning agent within the storage tank.
HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system for the disposal of liquid waste includes a portable container body having an open interior and a liquid waste inlet for receiving liquid waste containing solids. A liquid waste holding tank is provided within the open interior of the portable container body for receiving the liquid waste from the liquid waste inlet. A liquid-solid separator within the open interior of the portable container body produces a solid waste and a separated liquid waste. A conduit directs the liquid waste from the liquid waste holding tank to the liquid-solid separator. An evaporator within the open interior of the portable container body heats the separated liquid waste to evaporate and remove water from the separated liquid waste as water vapor and produces a concentrated liquid waste. A safety containment system prevents the liquid waste from escaping to the environment. A method for disposing of liquid waste is also disclosed.
Self-cleaning system for filter press
A self-cleaning system for a plate press (100) or cylinder press (110) for filtering a fluid product and for eliminating waste material accumulated on filter membranes (13) in a waste accumulation area (102) of the plate press (100) or cylinder press (110), said system comprising a drain port (DP) adjacent to the waste accumulation area (102), said system comprising an area (103) creating a circulation of water and/or forced air jets within the waste accumulation area (102) to expel the waste to the drain port (DP), whereby the waste accumulation area (102) is cleaned from the waste material without having to disassemble the plate press or cylinder press.
Industrial filtration apparatus
An apparatus for filtering an industrial slurry, a non-suspended mixture of solid particulate matter and liquid produced by an industrial process, is disclosed. A method and system for filtering an industrial slurry and recycling liquid filtrate are additionally disclosed. One example of an apparatus for filtering an industrial slurry can include a receptacle, a false bottom disposed within the receptacle and containing an effluent exit, and a filter disposed within the effluent exit.
SEPARATION AND MONITORING APPARATUS
A transportable separation apparatus for separating spent materials from oil and gas operations into a primarily solid component, a primarily liquid component and a primarily gas component. The transportable separation apparatus includes a first separation unit disposed on the transportable separation apparatus for receiving spent materials and beginning separation of the spent materials. The transportable separation apparatus connectable to a vehicle to be pulled on commercial roadways when the transportable separation apparatus is in a transportation configuration. The transportable separation apparatus further includes a second separation unit in fluid communication with the first separation unit for further separation of the spent materials. A method of using the transportable separation apparatus to separate spent materials.
Fluid treatment system
There is disclosed a liquid filter system that includes a liquid filter apparatus configured to self-clean without removal of the filter apparatus from the filter system. The filter apparatus uses both a filter media for filtering solids as well as a spin motion imparted to fluid being filtered so that centrifugal force can remove solids from the liquid being filtered. The liquid filter system also includes a gas pulse nozzle in fluid communication with the liquid filter apparatus and is configured to flow gas into the filter media to expel water and debris trapped in the filter media without removing the filter media from the filter system.
MOBILE WATER RECYCLING RECOVERY SYSTEM AND METHODS
This disclosure is directed to a mobile recovery system and methods. The system may receive a medium containing particles to be separated. The mobile system may include several modules that may remove various particles or substances from the medium and/or treat the medium to change a characteristic of the medium. The system may be located on a mobile platform. The system may be configure to perform the desired functions and methods either in a temporarily fixed location or while in motion.
ALL-IN-ONE, PORTABLE, TREATMENT OF DEWATERABLE MATERIAL
This disclosure provides apparatuses and methods for a rotatable, cylindrical basket within a housing, wherein the rotatable, cylindrical basket has a longitudinal bore therethrough and an external surface, and, optionally, other surface areas, comprising filtering media. Further, the housing may include an inlet and an outlet, wherein the inlet and the outlet, optionally openable and closeable, and located at least proximate to opposing ends of the rotatable, cylindrical basket. Further still, the apparatus may include a heating unit removably coupled to the rotatable, cylindrical basket, wherein the heating unit is configured to blow hot air onto at least a portion of the filtering media.
FILTER ATTACHMENT BODY AND WORK VEHICLE
A filter attachment body is attached to a vehicle body of a work vehicle provided with a pump. The filter attachment body includes a bracket attached to the vehicle body, a filter device attached to the bracket, and a plurality of elastic members interposed between the bracket and the filter device. The bracket has an attachment plate to which the filter device is attached. The attachment plate is disposed substantially perpendicular to an up-down direction. The filter device has a filter case connected to the pump, and a filter body attached to the filter case. A geometric center of the filter body overlaps a figure drawn by linking the elastic members with straight lines when viewed from a top view of the attachment plate. At least a portion of at least one of the elastic members is located outside of the filter body when viewed from the top view.
