HEALTH METER
A health meter with decontamination device for contaminated fluid with a metal casing body with sealable metal lid, inlet port and outlet port, a removable open bucket having a docking lid and a plurality of openings, a hollow tube with an opening connected to an outlet port, a convex reinforcing spacer in the removable open bucket, a compressible decontamination media and a reinforcing seat in the removable open bucket. Contaminated fluid flows into the metal casing body between the removable open bucket and metal casing body through openings in the docking lid into the compressible decontamination media sequentially into the hollow tube and out the outlet port while an inlet and outlet electrode and two sensors in the media communicate with a controller via a network to a plurality of client devices for automatic remote monitoring.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING WATER TREATMENT PLANS
A method for determining a water treatment plan for produced water includes receiving sample water analysis for the produced water, and receiving one or more key performance indicators (KPIs) that each indicate a selected treatment result for the produced water. In addition, the method includes providing the sample water analysis and the KPIs to a machine learning model and determining a water treatment plan for the produced water using the machine learning model, wherein the water treatment plan comprises one or more additives for the produced water that are to provide the produced water with the KPIs.
Method and system for fuel filter monitoring
A fuel filter monitoring method includes receiving pressure signals that are indicative of a pressure drop across at least one fuel filter of a fuel supply system configured to supply fuel to at least one fuel injector of an internal combustion engine and receiving a condition signal indicative of a condition of a fuel supply system, the condition signal being generated by one or more of a geographic location sensor, an altitude sensor, and/or a fuel temperature sensor. The method includes estimating a remaining life of at least one fuel filter of the fuel supply system based on the pressure signal and the condition signal and outputting a notification indicative of the estimated remaining life.
Filter element, filter system comprising a filter element, and method for producing a filter element
A filter element has a filter body which is closed on at least one end face by an end disc, wherein the end disc is formed from a potting compound, and has a stabilization device which is surrounded at least in some areas by the potting compound. At least one data storage unit is arranged on or in the stabilization device.
Water filtration device for aircraft galley plumbing system
A potable water filter for an aircraft galley plumbing system is disclosed. In embodiments, the filter includes a body attachable to a mount via a central threaded attachment stud. The stud is surrounded by a filter mount chamber and encloses a central flow channel allowing outflow from the filter body to an outlet port. Potable water enters the mount through an inlet port; an annular “puck” inlet valve extends around the attachment stud, sealing off the filter mount chamber when the filter body is absent and, when the filter body is screwed onto the attachment stud, providing for water flow throughout the filter mount chamber. The filter body houses a solid block of sintered carbon with a hollow core. Water enters the filter chamber via bypass slots in the base of the filter body and flows around and through the carbon filter before flowing down to the outlet port.
SYSTEM FOR SIGNALING AND/OR DISPLAYING A DEPLETION CONDITION OF A FILTER CARTRIDGE
A system for signaling and/or displaying a depletion condition of a filter cartridge in a water treatment device by means of filtration with replaceable cartridges. The filter cartridge including an identification code which identifies the cartridge and which can be read by means of an optical reader of a portable electronic device. The portable electronic device includes a programmable control interface which can be displayed on a screen of the portable electronic device, by means of which it is possible to acquire identification data of the cartridge, to modify one or more predefined or previously imposed parameters in relation to the conditions of use of the cartridge, and to display the effective duration of the cartridge.
Filtration monitoring system data transmission
Data relating to the status of a vehicle, an internal combustion engine powering the vehicle, and various filtration systems that provide filtered fluid to the vehicle and/or internal combustion engine is generated or gathered by an engine control module and a filtration monitoring system. The engine control module and the filtration monitoring system provide the data to a telematics system for transmitting the data to a remote data center (e.g., a cloud computing system, a remote diagnostics system, a maintenance system, etc.). Depending on an availability of a cellular data connection, the data is either sent directly to the remote data center via a network, or indirectly by first transmitting the data over a local connection to an operator device (e.g., a smartphone), which then sends the data to the remote data center once a connection to the network is available.
Sensing system for detecting machine fluid degradation
A sensing system for detecting degradation of a machine fluid is disclosed. The sensing system may comprise a tag having electrical contacts. The tag may be configured to transmit a wireless signal when the electrical contacts are in electrical communication. The sensing system may further comprise a dissolvable element separating the electrical contacts and obstructing electrical communication between the electrical contacts. The dissolvable element may be configured to dissolve and allow electrical communication between the electrical contacts when an acid content of the machine fluid reaches a level indicative of the degradation of the machine fluid.
Filter element sensor module having processing and wireless communication capabilities
A filter element sensor module having a housing, a sidewall of the housing including a recessed portion. The sensor module including a sensor assembly being provided within the housing about a sensor port interface being provided at one end of the housing. The sensor module also including processing circuitry being configured to receive signals from the sensor assembly and communication module, the communication module being configured to transmit one or more sensed parameters from the sensor assembly.
Water treatment system
A water treatment system having a base assembly and a treatment assembly. The treatment assembly of the system may be configured to filter particulates from water. The base assembly may include a UV reactor operable to disinfect water for consumption.
