Double-Layer Sealed Box Having Activated Carbon Circulation Sealing Device
The invention discloses a double-layer sealed box having an activated carbon circulation sealing device, comprising an outer layer box, an inner layer box, and an activated carbon input device. The inner layer box is wrapped in the outer layer box, a first activated carbon transport chamber is formed at the top of the the inner layer box, between the outer layer box and the inner layer box, and a second activated carbon transport chamber is formed at least one side of the the inner layer box, between the outer layer box and the inner layer box.
GAS-PERMEABLE ELEMENT FOR A RECEPTACLE
A gas-permeable element configured to close a receptacle base containing an active material, wherein the receptacle includes the receptacle base and the gas-permeable element. The gas-permeable element includes a body, having a base wall, including at least one opening. For each opening of the base wall, the body includes a tubular projection projecting from a periphery of the opening. The tubular projection includes a first end, connected to the periphery of the opening, a second end, defining a distal edge surface transverse to a longitudinal axis of the tubular projection. A porous membrane portion extends across the second end of the tubular projection while attached to the distal edge surface at its periphery.
Packaging materials
The use of a palladium-doped zeolite for the adsorption of volatile organic compounds is described wherein the zeolite has a CHA framework type and is polymer-bound. Such zeolites have been found to have particular utility as packaging materials for the adsorption of volatile organic compounds, such as those originating from organic matter.
DEHUMIDIFYING ELEMENT, DEHUMIDIFYING DEVICE INCLUDING DEHUMIDIFYING ELEMENT, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DEHUMIDIFYING ELEMENT
A dehumidifying element includes a plurality of sheets that have moisture adsorption and desorption properties and that are stacked on top of each another. At least some of the sheets each have an irregular shape. The sheets each contain a hygroscopic agent having properties of a re-moistening-type glue that exhibits adherence when adsorbing moisture and that solidifies when being dried. The sheets are bonded to each other by the hygroscopic agent.
Air separation device and refrigerating and freezing device
An air separation device and a refrigerating and freezing device. The air separation device comprises a support frame and an air separation membrane, wherein a supporting surface with a channel and an enriched-gas collection chamber communicated with the channel are formed in the support frame. The air separation membrane laid on the support surface of the support frame and configured to enable more of a specific gas than other gases in airflow of the space around the air separation device to enter the enriched-gas collection chamber through the air separation membrane. According to the air separation device provided by the present invention, the support frame is specially designed to adopt the structure provided with the support surface and the enriched-gas collection chamber, the channel communicated with the enriched-gas collection chamber is formed on the support surface, and the air separation membrane is disposed on the support surface.
Process for conditioning a container comprising a granular material
Process for conditioning a container including a granular material A enabling the adsorption of the nitrogen contained in a feed gas stream, including a step of injecting, into the container, a gas or a gas mixture G such that the adsorption capacity of the material A with respect to G is less than 10 Ncm.sup.3/g at 25° C. and 1 atm.
Composition containing urea for use in brine formation
A composition for use in brine formation comprising a deliquescent desiccant, urea, and an optional component selected from the group consisting of starch, citric acid, clay, glucose, and a combination thereof. Methods of making and using the composition are provided. The composition may be pressed into tablet form. The composition may be used in a dehumidifying device.
COMPOSITION CONTAINING UREA FOR USE IN BRINE FORMATION
A composition for use in brine formation having a deliquescent desiccant, urea, and an optional component selected from the group consisting of starch, citric acid, clay, glucose, and a combination thereof. Methods of making and using the composition are provided. The composition may be pressed into tablet form. The composition may be used in a dehumidifying device.
Portable micro-preconcentrator to facilitate chemical sampling and subsequent analysis
The disclosed embodiments relate to the design of a preconcentrator system for preconcentrating air samples. This preconcentrator system includes a plurality of preconcentrators that preconcentrate the air samples prior to chemical analysis, and a delivery structure comprising a manifold that selectively routes a sample airflow to the plurality of concentrators so that the plurality of preconcentrators receive a sample airflow concurrently or individually.
ADSORBENT-TYPE STORAGE AND DELIVERY VESSELS WITH HIGH PURITY DELIVERY OF GAS, AND RELATED METHODS
Described are storage and dispensing systems, and related methods, for storing and selectively dispensing high purity reagent gas from a storage vessel in which the reagent gas is held in sorptive relationship to pyrolyzed carbon adsorption particles.
