Systems and methods for removing particulates of a fissile material

A system for removing particulates of a fissile material includes first and second filtration paths. A first filter and a first valve are disposed in the first filtration path. A second filter and a second valve are disposed in the second filtration path. The first valve and the second valve are configured to switch between a dual open state and a mixed open/closed state. During the dual open state, the first valve and the second valve axe open to permit concurrent flows of the effluent gas through the first and second filtration paths. During the mixed open/closed state, one of the first valve and the second valve is open while the other of the first valve and the second valve is closed to permit the particulates on a corresponding one of the first filter and the second filter to be dislodged by a countercurrent flow of a purging gas.

A dust filtering and collection system for filtering dust and other debris particles from an incoming dust laden air stream, such air stream generally being used for conveying granular material into or from a bulk tank trailer, a railroad car, or other conveying vehicle, the filtering system designed to be functioned by vacuum air pressure, operatively generated by a blower, to draw in the soiled air into the filter system, to cleanse such air for further use in the conveying of the granular material. The air flow may be reversed, to provide for a dislodging of any dust particles from the filtering system, and to cleanse the filter for further efficient usage of the system in conveying granular material into or out of the tank trailer, or other vehicle during usage. The filter system includes a pod of filter tubes encapsulated by a polymer header that mounts to a transverse plate that secures to the approximate upper end of the filter canister of the filtration system.

Air purifier and purifying system

An air purifying system may include at least two air purifiers configured to operate independently and a docking station to support the at least two air purifiers. The docking station may include a backbone extending in a vertical direction and at least two supports corresponding to and supporting the at least two air purifiers. At least one air purifier may have a display configured to operate according to a plurality of modes. When the air purifier having the display is docked on the docking station, the display may indicate overall operating information of the entire air purifying system. When the air purifier having the display is separated from the docking station, the display may indicate individual operating information of the air purifier having the display.

STACKABLE AIR TREATMENT DEVICE

A stackable air treatment device is provided and includes a base, a cover, a plurality of air treatment modules modularly stackable between the base and the cover in groups of one or more to form a stack with the base and the cover and a blower configured to move air from an exterior of the stack into the stack and out through the cover. Each air treatment module in the stack is configured to purify, clean, and/or condition the air moved by the blower.

FILTER SYSTEM

A filter system and filters and housing components for use in the filter system are provided. The filter system includes at least one filter received within a housing having a cover and a housing body. The filter includes at least one latch tab engaged by the cover to secure the cover. First and second seals seal the system. The latch tab extends axially beyond a catch of the housing body. A filter system is also provided that includes a pre-cleaner through which fluid moves in a first direction different than a second direction as the fluid flows through the filters thereof. Methods of servicing the filter system are also provided.
