METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A NON-WOVEN FABRIC, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A FILTER
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a non-woven fabric made of fibers containing a crystalline alicyclic structure-containing resin. The method includes; a step A of melting the crystalline alicyclic structure-containing resin; and a step B of shaping the melted crystalline alicyclic structure-containing resin into the non-woven fabric using a melt-blowing machine. The non-woven fabric has a pore diameter as measured by a bubble point method of 5 μm or less.
PREFABRICATED MONOLITHIC MODULAR CLEAN ROOM SYSTEM
A prefabricated monolithic modular self-supporting sanitizable clean room system comprises at least one clean room having large monolithic panels, consisting of a high density foamed polystyrene inner core, and coated in fiber-glass/polyester, the system having the following particular characteristics: high productivity with increase in product shelf life, absolute air filtering, temperature, humidity and overpressure control, reduced washing and drying times, maximum washability, high efficiency air treatment mixer system with desiccant dehumidification wheel, significant reduction in costs of civil works and also including all the prefabricated utilities.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MAINTAINING, MONITORING AND/OR IMPROVING AIR QUALITY AND PURITY IN AT LEAST ONE ROOM OR ENVIRONMENT
A system and method for maintaining, monitoring and improving air quality and purity in a room or environment, such as a hospital room or operating room.
COMMERCIAL FILTER SEAL
Provided are filtration systems, filters, and corresponding methods of installing and using a clean room filter. A filtration system may include a housing defining a vent opening and a filter opening. The housing may include a knife edge disposed about a perimeter of the filter opening and configured to extend downwardly. The filtration system may include a filter removably attached to the housing. The filter may include a frame having an opening and a channel disposed about a perimeter of the opening. The filter may further include a filter substrate disposed in the opening of the frame, a gasket disposed about a perimeter of the opening within the channel, and an adhesive compound disposed within the channel between the gasket and the channel. The filter may be configured to engage the knife edge of the housing, such that air may be configured to pass between the clean room and a duct via the filter.
FILTER HOUSING
The present invention relates to an air filter housing for supplying air to a space, said air filter housing being configured to be arranged in a ceiling of said space, said housing having a mouth facing downward, said mouth comprising a sealing surface configured to receive a panel type air filter comprising a frame and a filter medium held within said frame, such that a sealing connection between said sealing surface and said frame is achieved, characterized in that said filter housing further comprises at least one resilient member arranged below the sealing surface such that when a panel type air filter is inserted into the mouth, the resilient member will be deformed by the filter frame as the filter passes the resilient member, and resume its original shape once the filter has passed, such that the filter is retained between the sealing surface and the resilient member. The present invention further relates to the use of a filter housing in a cleanroom, and to a method of mounting a panel type air filter in an air filter housing.
GAS CIRCULATION STRUCTURE OF EQUIPMENT FRONT END MODULE (EFEM)
A gas circulation structure of an equipment front end module is provided, having a main structure including a chamber, a filter assembly, at least one connection pipeline, at least one wind collection device, at least one first fan, at least one second fan, at least one gas inlet port, at least one gas outlet port, and at least one gas discharge valve. By means of the above structure, gas is introduced through the gas inlet port into the connection pipeline and passes through the first fan to move, through the filter module, into the chamber to be caused by the second fan to return back to the connection pipeline to complete circulation. As such, the time required for filling gas is shortened; gas is caused to converge to thereby enhance the circulation efficiency; noise is reduced; dust is properly blown away; and subsequent service and maintenance is made easy.
HEPA AIR FILTRATION WITH AN AIR HANDLING DEVICE
A HEPA/VOC air handling system having a HEPA air filtration unit, an air handling unit, a fresh air sensor system, a return air sensor system, an air handling air sensor, and a controller.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REPLACEABLE MULTIPLE FILTER UNITS
Examples of the present disclosure are related to systems and methods for replaceable multiple filter units. More specifically, embodiments describe replaceable filter units that are configured to simultaneously filter fresh and return air.
AUTOMATIC DATABASE FILTERING SYSTEM UTILIZING ROBOTIC FILTERS
A plurality of air data may be collected by a sensor within a data center. The plurality of air data is received by a processor. At least a portion of the received plurality of air data corresponding to at least one zone within the data center may be determined to satisfy a threshold. Coordinates of a geographical location associated with the zone that includes the sensor may be transmitted to a robotic filter. The robotic filter can be dispatched to the transmitted geographic location to filter the zone.
AIR PURIFIER
An air purifier including a fan having a plurality of fan speeds; a filter, wherein the fan draws air through the filter; a user interface in communication with a control system; wherein upon activation of the control system, the control system identifies an initial air quality index (AQI) based upon a geographic location of the air purifier, a room size based upon the type of room in which the air purifier is placed, and identifies a fan speed set by a user through the user interface, and determines a target air quality index achievable in thirty minutes of fan operation is provided. Further provided is an air purifier capable of predicting and updating time to achieve a target air quality and a target air quality based on a number of environmental factors.
