The present invention addresses to a high-pressure vessel for packaging hollow fiber type membranes with application in the field of separation process with contactors with membranes aiming at a compact device/piece of equipment configured for the packaging of hollow fiber type bundles that can be used for various fluid separation processes such as liquid-liquid, liquid-gas and gas-gas, capable of working at high-pressures, enabling adequate hydrodynamic conditions and easily scalable. It is called a module the general piece of equipment, consisting of the vessel (A or C), object of the present invention, and the membranes packed inside the vessel. This piece of equipment consists of a vessel inside which the membranes are placed (14), and two heads attached at the ends (B or D). Each head has two connection points, thus allowing this device to be used with membrane contactors-type separation systems, such as “classical” permeation systems (liquid-liquid, gas-gas, pervaporation).

To enable efficient substance measurement, this invention is characterized in that the invention comprises a first hollow fiber (131) for allowing a first processing liquid to flow from a first introduction port (121a) to a first exit port (121b) and allowing the membrane permeation of gas in the processing liquid, a second hollow fiber (132) for allowing a second processing liquid to flow from a second introduction port (122a) to a second exit port (122b) and allowing the membrane permeation of gas in the processing liquid, a container (110) for accommodating the first hollow fiber (131) and second hollow fiber (132) therein, and a vacuum pump (201) connected to the space (S) inside the container (110), and inside the container (110), the hollow fibers (130) consisting of the first hollow fiber (131) and second hollow fiber (132) are in contact with each other across a prescribed length.
Heat exchanger, oxygenator, and method of manufacturing a heat exchanger
A heat exchanger for an oxygenator device has multiple hollow fiber membranes that each have a hollow portion through which a heat medium passes, wherein the fibers are wound as a cylinder body. Each of the hollow fiber membranes follows a path between opposing ends of the cylinder body which is tilted with respect to a central axis of the cylinder body and is wound around the central axis of the cylinder body, wherein a tilt angle θ with respect to the central axis ranges from 22° to smaller than 67°, and wherein a constituent material of each of the hollow fiber membranes has a Young's modulus E ranging from 2.6 GPa to 0.07 GPa. During winding, the hollow fiber membranes are stretched according to a stretching rate between 0.5% and 3.0% and then fixed at the ends to maintain the stretching.
FUEL CELL HUMIDIFIER AND PACKING MEMBER FOR SAME
Disclosed are: a fuel cell humidifier, which can be manufactured at improved productivity and can significantly reduce maintenance and repair costs; and a packing member for same. The fuel cell humidifier of the present invention comprises: a humidification module for humidifying, with the moisture in exhaust gas discharged from a fuel cell stack, the air supplied from the outside; and a cap coupled to one end of the humidification module, wherein the humidification module includes a middle case and at least one cartridge, which is arranged inside the middle case and includes a plurality of hollow-fiber membranes, and the fuel cell humidifier further includes the packing member coupled to one end of the humidification module in an airtight manner through a mechanical assembly so that fluid-communication can be performed between the cap and only the hollow-fiber membranes.
