CANDLE FILTER DEVICE
The invention relates to a candle filter device, primarily for filtration of solids from liquids, and containing one or more candle filter elements and the process of operating the same.
FILTRATION SYSTEMS WITH SELECTIVE PULSE CONTROL
Embodiments herein relate to filtration systems that can pulse clean filter elements selectively, in specific patterns, to enhance cleaning efficacy. In an embodiment, a filtration system is included having a plurality of filter element mounts configured to retain filter elements, a compressed gas supply, and a plurality of valves in fluid communication with the compressed gas supply. The system further including a control circuit configured to control actuation of the plurality of valves. The system can operate in a first mode and a second mode. Wherein operating in a first mode includes opening valves according to a first valve actuation pattern and operating in a second mode includes opening valves according to a second valve actuation pattern. The system can be configured to periodically switch from the first mode to the second mode and compare the efficacy of the two modes. Other embodiments are also included herein.
Ion exchange device main body and ion exchange device
An ion exchange device main body 3 includes: a tubular body 31 into which an ion exchange resin bag 5 accommodating the ion exchange resin is inserted through an opening and which has a liquid outlet 312 in which a liquid outlet port 314 for discharging an ion exchange target liquid to outside is formed; a lid 32 that is supported by the tubular body 31 and has a gas injection portion 324 in which a gas injection port 325 for injecting a to an inside 311 of the tubular body 31 is formed; a lead-out pipe 42 that is connected to the liquid outlet 312 and guides the ion exchange target liquid to the outside; and a check valve 44 that is provided in the lead-out pipe 42 and prevents the ion exchange target liquid from flowing backward from the outside to the inside.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING THE WATER LEVEL IN GROUND
A method of controlling the water level in ground in which drainage pipes have been laid, said method comprising: a) providing the ground with water passing through the drainage pipes in a natural way and/or by active intervention using a control system, b) creating an underpressure or overpressure of water and/or air in the drainage pipes by means of the control system, thereby causing water or air to be extracted from or supplied to the soil via the drainage pipes, and c) programming the programmable control system in such a manner that the control system determines the points in time, durations, volumes and/or order of the water supply to the drainage pipes and of the generation of an underpressure or overpressure of water and/or air.
Multistage Fiber Filtering Apparatus Capable of Selectively Filtering
The present invention relates to a multistage fiber filtering apparatus capable of selectively filtering depending on turbidity of raw water, in which a first filtration mode where the raw water passes through a fiber ball medium, a second filtration mode where the raw water passes through a fiber yarn medium, or a third filtration mode where the raw water passes through both of the fiber yarn medium and the fiber ball medium may be selectively operated.
DYNAMIC SEPARATION AND FILTRATION
A modular, compact, mobile, dewatering and liquid-liquid separation and filtration system. The system processes incoming influents of slurries, solids and liquids at a high speed of operation and in large volumes. System is capable of being modularly scaled, allowing for a continuous steady state operation accommodating any slurry flow rate in a synchronous dynamic equilibrium process. Components and modules integrated into the system include a dynamic filtration clarifier 101 (DFC), a nested-filter dewatering cell 115 (NDC) and/or a compression filter press 125 (CFP). The DFC performs the primary dewatering phase of separating the primary water from the solids creating sludge. The NDC further breaks apart the solids of the sludge, removing interstitial water in a secondary dewatering phase, further lowering the moisture content of the sludge, while the CFP removes the tertiary water from the remaining solid particles by pressing the particles into a solid cake.
Fluid treatment system
There is disclosed a liquid filter system that includes a liquid filter apparatus configured to self-clean without removal of the filter apparatus from the filter system. The filter apparatus uses both a filter media for filtering solids as well as a spin motion imparted to fluid being filtered so that centrifugal force can remove solids from the liquid being filtered. The liquid filter system also includes a gas pulse nozzle in fluid communication with the liquid filter apparatus and is configured to flow gas into the filter media to expel water and debris trapped in the filter media without removing the filter media from the filter system.
BACKFLUSH FILTER ASSEMBLY
A filter assembly includes an inner filter basket comprising an elongated tubular portion having a first open end and a first closed end. The tubular portion defines a plurality of perforations therethrough. An outer surface of the tubular portion is seamless. A first annular brim extends outwardly from the open end of the tubular portion. The filter assembly also includes an outer filter basket having a second open end in which the inner filter basket is received. A second annular brim extends outwardly from the second open end of the outer filter basket. The first and second brims are configured to retain a fabric filter bag between the inner filter basket and the outer filter basket.
Air burst system for cleaning submerged screen intake
Systems and related methods for purging air burst supply piping of accumulated water prior to delivering pulses of pressurized air to an interior of a screen intake through the air burst supply piping. The systems and methods can include a purge compressor delivering a purging air supply at a head pressure slightly above a head pressure of water in the air burst supply piping, wherein the head pressure of the water is equivalent to a depth at which the intake screen. The system and methods can also include a purge line arranged in a parallel orientation to an air burst supply line, wherein both the purge line and the air burst supply line are operably coupled to a pressurized air tank.
