The backwash device also discharges the backwash fluid from the filter device. A specific filter element as a bypass filter element (34) is selected from the plurality of filter elements (34, 60), and exclusively removes particles after a changeover device (18) has been actuated, while the other filter elements (60) are excluded from this removal process.
SANITARY DISC STRAINER
A device and method for removing debris from a process fluid are described herein. Specifically, a sanitary disc strainer includes a strainer body, a moveable guide rod assembly, moveable within the strainer body, a plurality of grooved discs stacked on the moveable guide rod assembly, and an actuator for moving the moveable guide rod assembly to compress and decompress the plurality of grooved discs.
Filtering apparatus
A filtering apparatus has filtering elements (11) in a filter housing (1), a filter inlet (7) and a filter outlet (9). During filtration, one of the filter elements (11) can be back-flushed by a back-flushing device (45, 49), having a pressure control device (19). The pressure control device has a hydraulic accumulator (19), with a fluid chamber (47) fillable during filtration with clean fluid and connectable for back-flushing via a back-flushing guide (45) to the clean side (29) of the filtering element (11) to be cleaned. For back-flushing, a further fluid chamber (48) of the hydraulic accumulator (19) is subjected to gas pressure. By resultant movement of a separator (59) of the hydraulic accumulator (19), the filling amount of the clean fluid is dispensed for the back-flushing.
System for filtering fluids
A system for filtering fluids includes a primary filter (2) having at least one filter element that can be penetrated in one direction during the filtration process and can be penetrated in the opposite direction for a backflushing process. An aftertreatment device (36) is mounted downstream of the primary filter (2) for the backflushed quantities discharged by the primary filter to be processed and includes at least one filter chamber (11) that holds the backflushed quantities and that has a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet and at least one aftertreatment filter element (19). A control device (9) delivers one portion of the backflushed quantity at a time to the associated aftertreatment filter element (19).
FILTER APPARATUS
A filter device for cleaning particulate contaminants from a fluid flow, comprising a plurality of filter elements (34, 60) which are accommodated in filter chambers (12, 14, 32) as components of a joint filter housing (10) and are grouped around a backwash device (20) having a piston accumulator (56) for receiving a backwash fluid, in the storage housing (64) of which piston accumulator a piston (57) is guided in a longitudinally movable manner, which, controlled by a pressure medium, passes on the backwash fluid stored in the storage housing (64) on to at least one filter element (60) to be backwashed for cleaning purposes via a backwash device (20), which also discharges the backwash fluid from the filter device, is characterized in that a specific filter element as a bypass filter element (34), which is selected from the plurality of filter elements (34, 60), exclusively removes particles after a changeover device (18) has been actuated, and the other filter elements (60) are excluded from this removal process.
Self cleaning disc filter apparatus
A self-cleaning disc filter apparatus for filtering a liquid, water, utilizing a plurality of stackable/de-stackable disc filter media within a filtering housing, the liquid flows through the housing in two flow directions, a first flow direction during a filtering phase and a second direction of flow during a self-cleaning phase; the filtering housing is fit with an internal fluid diverter that controls the direction of flow through the filter housing, the status of the filtering media, initiating filter media cleaning, therein the internal fluid diverter control the overall status of the filter apparatus, the internal fluid diverter is configured to change between filtering phase and self-cleaning phase with a single turn of the fluid diverter.
Filter apparatus
A filter apparatus has a plurality of filter elements (21) accommodated in a filter housing (1) with a filter inlet (11) and a filter outlet (13). During the operation one of the filter elements (21) can be backflushed by a backflushing device. The backflushing device includes a pressure control (7) to support the backflushing. Each filter elements (21) is accommodated in an element housing (30). The element housings (30) with the filter elements (21) performing the filtration process are connected to the fluid outlet (13) by their one open ends (33) in a fluid conducting manner. The element housing (30) of the filter element (21) being backflushed is exclusively connected with its open end (33) to the pressure control device (7).
Reciprocating Pressure Backwash Anti-blocking Filter
The utility model provides a reciprocating pressure backwash anti-blocking filter comprising upper and lower substrate layers. A rubber layer is disposed between the two substrate layers to form a stack structure. The upper and lower substrate layers are formed by a material having a certain strength and a hardness, e.g., Feilin film. The filter not only overcomes the difficulty of drilling a large opening, but also, each opening after driving can be narrowed to a certain extent according to a proportion so as to generate friction to a probe. Moreover, the stack structure is firm and can be taken as a layer of independent assembly. The filter is easily assembled and thus is suitable to replace the existing product which can be widely applied.
