Automatic flushing device for screen filter of biogas slurry drip irrigation system and use thereof
An automatic flushing device for a screen filter of a biogas slurry drip irrigation system and a use thereof are provided. The automatic flushing device includes a feeding mechanism, a filter unit, a discharging mechanism and a control mechanism, where the filter unit is provided with a feeding end fixedly threaded to a discharging end of the feeding mechanism and a discharging end fixedly threaded to a feeding end of the discharging mechanism; and the control mechanism is clamped on a pipe of the feeding mechanism. The automatic flushing device enhances the cleaning strength and uniformity of ultrasonic waves to the filter screen. The ultrasonic vibration rod is nested inside the upper filter casing through the externally-threaded hollow cap and a threaded top portion of the upper filter casing, which greatly facilitates the cleaning, replacement and maintenance of the ultrasonic vibration rod.
Negative pressure filtration apparatus, method, and system
Disclosed herein is a method, system, and apparatus, for filtering liquid, which uses negative air pressure to draw liquid stream through a filter screen and which cleans that filter screen by periodically modulating the negative air pressure to allow the liquid stream to wash any contaminants from the surface of the filter screen.
SELF-CLEANING FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR A DISHWASHER
A dishwasher filtration system includes a coarse filter disposed in a tub of a dishwasher, the coarse filter configured to filter water directed to a main wash pump. The system also includes a soil accumulation chamber configured to receive a portion of water from the main wash pump. The system further includes a fine filter covering an opening of the soil accumulation chamber, the fine filter configured to filter the portion of water received inside the soil accumulation chamber. The system also includes a backwash nozzle configured to supply water to the fine filter. In addition, the system may include a deflector that deflects the water from the backwash nozzle to the fine filter.
WATER REUSE SYSTEM FOR PHYSICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL DECONTAMINATION OF WATER
Provided are systems and methods to effect separation of solids from fluid runoff from poultry and produce treatment trains. The systems include separation panels that operate using the Coanda effect so as to effect separation of solids without the need for electricity or moving parts.
Plant trichome filtration and concentration
Trichomes, lupulins and other plant parts can be efficiently separated from plant biomass by continuous filtration. In some embodiments plant biomass is collected and combined with water to form a plant biomass mixture. The plant biomass mixture is passed through a filtration device in which the plant biomass mixture is continuously flowed through a filter material. The device includes a cleaning apparatus that cleans the filter material during the process. In some embodiments greater than 90% of the plant parts are collected from the starting plant biomass. The plant parts can be subsequently processed to obtain desired compounds. For example, trichomes can be separated from other plant biomass and subsequently processed to extract one or more cannabinoids or terpenes, such as THC and/or CBD.
FILTER DEVICE FOR REMOVING PARTICLES FROM A FLUID
A filter device for removing particles from a fluid includes a fluid chamber and an inlet for fluid, an outlet for filtered fluid and an outlet for particles, each coupled to the fluid chamber. The filter device also includes a flow directing mechanism for inducing a vortex flow around a vortex axis in the fluid chamber. The outlet for particles is coupled to the fluid chamber at a location substantially perpendicular to the vortex axis.
BRANCHED FILTER AND METHOD OF USE
Filter arrangements comprising a plurality of radially arranged filters, each filter comprising a plurality of arms, each arm comprising a hollow tube having porous side wall, each hollow tube having an open first end and an open second end, and a tube inner fluid channel having an inner diameter; the filter further including a first tube connector, comprising a first hollow body having porous side walls and a first hollow body inner diameter, connected to, and in fluid communication with, the hollow tubes, and a second tube connector, comprising a second hollow body having a second hollow body inner diameter, connected to, and in fluid communication with, the first hollow body, and filter devices including filter arrangements, and methods of use are disclosed.
FILTER PRESS
A filter press, including a housing, which receives a liquid to be filtered that contains particles to be separated off, and a pressing device arranged in the housing for pressing the liquid through a filter device, wherein the pressing device, which rotates about a vertical axis, has at least one cross-sectionally round pressing element which rotates about an axis of rotation situated at an angle to the vertical axis and which has an outer casing formed from an elastic material, by which the pressing element rolls on the filter device, wherein the filter device includes a filter and, upstream of the filter, a filter plate which has a plurality of apertures which are open toward the pressing element and each of which has a cross section reducing toward the filter.
FILTER WITH IMPROVED FLUID FLOW
Disclosed herein is a filter having a housing having first and second end surfaces and interior and exterior surfaces, a membrane disposed within the tubular housing, a first end cap sealed to the first end surface of the tubular housing and the first end surface of the membrane; a second end cap sealed to the second end surface of the tubular housing and the second end surface of the membrane; and a fluid channel formed in the interior surface of the housing in a helical pattern. The helical pattern has a helical pitch in an axial direction of the housing of less than or equal to about 60 mm.
