EQUIPMENT FOR THE FILTRATION OF A SUSPENSION USING A ROTARY PRECOAT FILTER
The equipment for the filtration of a suspension uses a rotary filter with a precoat. The equipment includes a filtration unit for the implementation of the rotary filter and a coating unit for coating the rotary filter with the precoat. The coating unit is independent of the filtration unit.
Perforated screen conversion kit
A wastewater filter conversion kit for replacing filter elements connected to a shaft includes first and second conveyor segments. Each conveyor segment includes a perforated panel. At least one first tube is secured to a first end of the panel. At least one second tube is secured to a second end of the panel. The least one first tube on the first conveyor segment and the at least one second tube on the second conveyor segment are aligned along a common centerline for receiving the shaft to replace the filter elements on the shaft.
Mechanism for detecting obstacles and mechanically reversing a direction of a pool cleaner
A mechanism for detecting obstacles and mechanically reversing (a direction of) a pool cleaner includes a drive part in non-rotatable connection with a cleaner housing, an arresting assembly connected to the cleaner housing, and a rotary direction-changing assembly rotatably connected to the cleaner housing or the drive part. The arresting assembly cooperates with the rotary direction-changing assembly. The mechanism for detecting obstacles and mechanically reversing (a direction of) a pool cleaner is compact in structure, low in manufacturing cost, and can perform obstacle detection and change a direction of the pool cleaner. With the structure of the rotary direction-changing assembly capable of rotating relative to the cleaner housing, the cleaner, when meeting an obstacle, is allowed to change the traveling direction, thereby resulting in a high working efficiency.
Rotating irrigation screen apparatus
A rotating irrigation screen apparatus includes a frame, a panel coupleable to the frame, a drum, and a belt tensioner. An upper portion of the frame may have a mounting bracket that receives a motor/gear box. The drum may include one or more screen panels that may be removably attachable. The belt tensioner may include a first bolt that receives a first bracket with a belt guide roller. The belt tensioner may be configured to interact with the motor, the belt, and the drum. The belt tensioner may increase or decrease the tension of the belt that wraps around the drum.
Device for the continuous filtration of molten plastic material
A filtering device for filtering molten plastic material that employs a filtration mesh belt that enters and exits a chamber, engaging an outer surface of a hollow perforated cylinder inside of the chamber, without losing any molten plastic material during the replacement of the filtration mesh belt and without tearing even when operating at high pressures inside of the chamber.
FILTER BAG AND FILTER MODULE FOR A ROTARY DISK FILTER AND ROTARY DISK FILTER
A filter bag for a rotary disk filter, which is used to filter wastewater, has a filter material with a mounting opening, via which the filter bag can be slipped over a support frame of the rotary disk filter during a mounting step in order to form a filter module. The filter material has an exit opening that is situated opposite the mounting opening and allows filtrate to exit the interior of the filter module into a central pipe of the rotary disk filter. A reinforcement is connected to the filter material at an edge delimiting the mounting opening and fixes the filter bag at the support frame. A filter module and a rotary disk filter are disclosed.
DEVICE FOR THE CONTINUOUS FILTERATION OF MOLTEN PLASTIC MATERIAL
A continuous filtration device for molten plastic materials that employs a filtration mesh that enters and exits the filtration chamber, resting against the outer surface of a perforated hollow cylinder, without losing any molten material during the replacement of the mesh and without tearing even when operating at high pressures inside the filtration chamber.
MECHANISM FOR DETECTING OBSTACLES AND MECHANICALLY REVERSING (A DIRECTION OF) A POOL CLEANER
Frame-type disc filter with bypass water control for preventing bypass water from being used in backwashing
A frame-type disc filter (100) is provided with a bypass water collector (33) disposed adjacent an inlet to the disc filter. Influent water overflows the inlet into the bypass water collector. A conduit is communicatively connected to the bypass water collector for directing the bypass water from the frame-type disc filter to an effluent channel that is independent of the frame-type disc filter.
