Olefinic monomer recovery apparatus
The present invention relates to an olefinic monomer recovery device capable of suppressing fouling and pressure drop in the recovery device in a process of separating and recovering unreacted monomers after production of a polyolefin resin. The olefinic monomer recovery device is used for separating and recovering unreacted olefinic monomers after production of a polyolefin resin, the apparatus comprising a vertical-type heat exchange unit, and a knock-out drum unit.
METHOD FOR THE DRY FILTRATION OF A GAS FLOW CARRYING FOREIGN OBJECTS, AND FILTER DEVICE FOR CLEANING RAW GAS CARRYING FOREIGN OBJECTS
A method for the dry filtration of a gas flow carrying foreign objects, a filter device for cleaning off waste gas resulting from additive manufacturing technologies, comprises feeding a raw gas flow containing foreign objects into a raw gas space of a filter unit having at least one filter surface separating a raw gas side from a clean gas side; feeding oxidant to a reaction region located on the raw gas side of the filter surface downstream of the filter surface; such that foreign objects contained in material cleaned off from the filter surface and/or in the raw gas flow react with the oxidant in the reaction region to form oxide-containing foreign objects.
FLUID LINE SEGMENT FOR GAS TURBINE ENGINE
The fluid line segment can have a body having an inlet, an outlet, and a gas path extending between the inlet and the outlet, a containment cavity extending between the gas path and a cavity bottom, the containment cavity in fluid communication with the gas path, a projection protruding from the cavity bottom of the containment cavity towards the gas path, an orifice defined in the projection, and an evacuation passage extending from the orifice, across the projection and leading outside the body, the evacuation passage being in fluid communication with the containment cavity and the gas path via the orifice.
AIR-DIRT SEPARATOR WITH DEGASSER UNIT
An air-dirt separator adapted to reduce entrained and dissolved air and separate debris from fluid moving through the air-dirt separator is described in the present disclosure. The air-dirt separator includes a degasser unit adapted to reduce pressure in a cavity within the air-dirt separator to enable improved dissolved air reduction.
Low-gravity water capture device with water stabilization
An apparatus to separate water droplets from an air stream. The apparatus includes an elongated tube, a reservoir, and a helix structure. The elongated tube has a first end, a second end, a longitudinal axis, an inner surface, an inlet opening at the first end of the elongated tube, the inlet opening arranged to accept the air stream tangentially relative to the longitudinal axis, and an outlet opening at the second end of the elongated tube. The reservoir is positioned at a second end of the elongated tube. The helix structure is positioned within the elongated tube and includes an upper surface, a lower surface arranged opposite the upper surface, an outer edge, and a variable pitch along a length of the elongated tube, the variable pitch providing a variable interior angle between an inner wall of the elongated tube and the upper surface of the helix structure.
LIQUID FILTER APPARATUS WITH THERMAL SHIELD
A liquid filter apparatus for gas/solid separation includes a housing with a filter chamber, a semiconductor process gas inlet, and a process gas outlet. The filter chamber forms a liquid reservoir, and the semiconductor process gas inlet and the process gas outlet are in communication with the filter chamber. The housing further includes a filter liquid inlet and a filter liquid outlet, which are in communication with the liquid reservoir for delivering and removing filter fluid, respectively, to and from the liquid reservoir.
