Work vehicle having an intake cleaning system with an alignment mechanism
A cleaning apparatus of a work machine for cleaning debris from a screen mounted to a door of an engine cooling assembly. The cleaning apparatus includes a duct extending along the screen and along a first side of the door. The duct includes a duct end located at the door. A vacuum assembly is configured to draw a vacuum through the duct, wherein the vacuum assembly is detachably connected with the duct end. An alignment mechanism includes an aligner that extends from the duct to a frame of the work machine. The alignment mechanism aligns the duct end with the vacuum assembly to provide a seal between the duct and the vacuum.
SCREENING DEVICE WITH AT LEAST ONE SUCTION NOZZLE
A screening device and a self-propelled harvester with a screening device is disclosed. The screening device includes at least one suction nozzle that has an elongated hollow body with at least one suction opening which extends sectionally in the longitudinal direction and transverse direction of the hollow body, and is connected by at least one air duct in the interior of the hollow body to a connection arranged in the hollow body for connecting to a vacuum source. The suction opening is positioned facing a screen of the screening device. The air duct has a cross-sectional shape that increases in the vertical direction toward the connection starting from an outer end of the suction nozzle. An inner contour facing the suction opening of the air duct has a contour that substantially corresponds to an airfoil.
Drum filter media cleaning apparatus
An apparatus and method for cleaning a drum filter medium are disclosed. Air with entrained particulate matter, e.g., from a papermaking process, flows through a filter medium positioned along the perforated circumferential surface of a rotating drum. At least some of the particulate matter is caught on or in the filter medium. A set of suction nozzles provided proximate to the surface of the filter medium is provided to draw the particulate matter off of the filter medium. A complementary set of compressed air nozzles simultaneously delivers compressed air to drive particulate matter off of the filter medium and into the suction nozzles. This cleans the filter medium in situ and extends its useful life.
AIR PURIFICATION PLANT
An air purification plant, having a partition wall for the spatial separation of a dirty-air space, which is disposed upstream, from a clean-air space, which is disposed downstream, which partition wall has a support frame and a plurality of filter boxes which project from the support frame in the direction of the dirty-air space, and the filter boxes have at least one filter wall which extends from the support frame into the dirty-air space. The filter boxes are in each case open only in the clean-air space which is disposed downstream, wherein filter walls, which face one another, of adjacent filter boxes in each case form a filter pocket which is open on the upstream side and at the bottom, and for switching from one filter pocket into an adjacent filter pocket a suction nozzle is moved through below the filter box which separates the two filter pockets.
FILTER REGENERATING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF DENITRIFICATION FACILITY
