A control device for controlling a flue gas denitrizer including a reductant supply part for supplying a reductant to an exhaust gas passage to which an exhaust gas from a boiler is introduced. The control device comprises: a storage part which stores a plurality of opening degree patterns of a plurality of first valves corresponding to a plurality of operational states of the boiler respectively; an opening degree pattern acquisition part configured to acquire an opening degree pattern corresponding to a present operational state of the boiler among the plurality of opening degree patterns from the storage part; and a first valve control part configured to regulate an opening degree of each of the plurality of first valves, on the basis of the opening degree pattern acquired by the opening degree pattern acquisition part.
FLUE GAS PURIFICATION AND WASTE HEAT UTILIZATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
Disclosed are a flue gas purification and waste heat utilization system and method. The system comprises a flue gas exhaust unit, a primary waste heat utilization unit, a primary flue gas purification unit, a secondary waste heat utilization unit and a secondary flue gas purification unit that are sequentially connected in a flue gas flow direction, wherein the primary flue gas purification unit is configured for removing NO.sub.x, large particles and CO in the flue gas, the secondary flue gas purification unit is configured for removing NO.sub.x and dioxin in the flue gas, an ammonia-spraying device is externally connected between the flue gas exhaust unit and the primary waste heat utilization unit, and the ammonia-spraying device is configured for injecting ammonia gas into the flue gas exhausted from the flue gas exhaust unit.
Apparatus for catalytic decomposition of nitrous oxide in a gas stream
The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for catalytic decomposition of nitrous oxide in a gas stream derived from exhalation air from a patient. The apparatus (1) comprises an inlet arrangement (2) with a gas inlet (3) for the exhalation air, an outlet arrangement (11) with a gas outlet (12) for an outlet gas, and between these arrangements a through-flow decomposition chamber (9) containing a catalyst material. According to the invention the apparatus is provided with a nitrous oxide adsorption/desorption means (4) in the inlet arrangement (2) for level out variations in the concentration of nitrous oxide fed to the decomposition chamber (9).

The present invention provides environmental equipment which is able to remarkably reduce operating costs and a power generation system comprising same, comprising: a boiler; a power generation unit for generating electricity by steam generated from the boiler; first denitrifying equipment to which exhaust gas is delivered from the boiler and which sprays a reducing agent into the exhaust gas to denitrify the exhaust gas; a low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator for collecting dust of the exhaust gas provided from the first denitrifying equipment; second denitrifying equipment which sprays a reducing agent into the exhaust gas provided from the low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator to secondarily denitrify the exhaust gas and allows the exhaust gas to be provided towards a smokestack.

Method for treating a carbon black tail gas wherein the carbon black tail gas is catalytically oxidized to produce an oxidized tail gas. The oxidized tail gas is then treated to remove particulate matter and sulfur oxides. If present, nitrogen oxides can be also removed.
Exhaust gas purifying catalyst
This exhaust gas purifying catalyst is provided with a substrate and a catalyst layer formed on a surface of the substrate. The catalyst layer contains zeolite particles that support a metal, and a rare earth element-containing compound that contains a rare earth element. The rare earth element-containing compound is added in such an amount that the molar ratio of the rare earth element relative to Si contained in the zeolite is 0.001 to 0.014 in terms of oxides.

A method for producing hydrogen in a steam methane reformer with reduced carbon emissions that can include the steps of: heating a feed stream comprising methane in a first heat exchanger to produce a heated feed stream, wherein the heated feed stream is at a temperature above 500° C.; introducing the heated feed stream into a reaction zone under conditions effective for catalytic conversion of the heated feed stream to produce a reformed stream, wherein the reformed stream comprises hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and unreacted methane; introducing the reformed stream in the presence of steam to a shift conversion unit that is configured to produce a shifted gas stream comprising hydrogen and carbon dioxide; and purifying the shifted gas stream to produce a hydrogen product stream and a tail gas; wherein the conditions effective for catalytic conversion of the heated feed stream comprise providing heat to the reaction zone via combustion of a fuel and a hydrogen fuel stream in presence of an oxidizer, wherein the fuel comprises ammonia, wherein a flue gas is produced by the combustion of the fuel and the hydrogen fuel stream.
