The method for producing homogenized oil field gel further includes a liquefied gel concentrate procedure including a metering and chemical injection procedure for mixing a liquefied gel concentrate.
BLUFF BODY FUEL MIXER
A fuel injection system may comprise a mixer and a fuel injector disposed within the mixer. The mixer may comprise an outer housing with an exit port and a bluff body extending across the exit port of the outer housing. A flared surface of the mixer may match a contour of the bluff body.
DRIVING METHOD FOR METERING PUMP, DRIVING APPARATUS FOR METERING PUMP, VAPORIZER, AND ANESTHESIA APPARATUS
[Problems] To provide a driving method for a metering pump, a driving apparatus for a metering pump, a vaporizer and an anesthesia apparatus which are capable of suppressing a pulsation in the metering pump, and lowering the costs and reducing the sizes of the vaporizer and the anesthesia apparatus.
[Means for solving the Problems] A metering pump 16 is joined to the stepping motor 15, includes an eccentric mechanism converting a revolving motion of the stepping motor 15 into a reciprocating motion of a plunger 16A, and makes a constant liquid delivery by sucking and discharging an anesthetic agent through variations in the cubic volume of a cylinder 16D caused by the reciprocating motion of the plunger 16A. The control section 12: calculates a suction and discharge cycle T of the metering pump 16 on the basis of a set anesthetic-gas concentration and a fresh-gas flow rate; sets a discharge period T2 of the cycle T to be longer than a suction period T1 of the cycle T; and controls the revolution speed of the stepping motor 15 so that the travelling speed of the plunger 16A is kept constant during the discharge period T2.
System for Blending Solutions
A system for blending solutions and a buffer solution is disclosed. In this system a switch valve is present capable of flowing one or more solutions, a low pressure pump for pumping the one or more solutions through the switch valve and a T-joint capable of receiving the one or more solutions through the low pressure pump and blending the one or more solutions with a buffer solution. A high pressure pump is present for collecting a blended solution.
System and Method for Producing High-Purity Vanadium Pentoxide Powder
The present invention provides a system and method for producing high-purity vanadium pentoxide powder. Industrial grade vanadium pentoxide is converted to vanadium oxytrichloride by low temperature fluidizing chlorination, wherein chlorinating gas is preheated via heat exchange between fluidizing gas and chlorination flue gas, and an appropriate amount of air is added to enable a part of carbon powder to combust so as to achieve a balanced heat supply during the chlorination, thereby increasing the efficiency of chlorination and ensuring good selectivity in low temperature chlorination. The vanadium oxytrichloride is purified by rectification, and then subjected to fluidized gas phase hydrolyzation and fluidized calcination, thereby producing a high-purity vanadium pentoxide product and a by-product of hydrochloric acid solution. The system and method have advantages of favorable adaptability to raw material, no discharge of contaminated wastewater, low energy consumption in production, low operation cost, stable product quality, etc.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PURIFYING AND PREPARING HIGH-PURITY VANADIUM PENTOXIDE POWDER
The present invention provides a system and method for purifying and preparing vanadium pentoxide powder. The vanadium oxytrichloride is purified by rectification, and then subjected to fluidized gas phase ammonification, thereby obtaining ammonium metavanadate, and further obtaining a high-purity vanadium pentoxide powder product through fluidized calcination. The system and method have advantages of favorable adaptability to a raw material, no discharge of contaminated wastewater, low energy consumption and chlorine consumption in production, stable product quality and so on.
GYPSUM SLURRY APPLICATION MODIFIER
A gypsum slurry modifier device is provided for use with a gypsum mixer outlet boot having at least one tubular outlet leg, and includes a support bracket mountable to the outlet boot; at least one clamp member associated with the support bracket and constructed and arranged for engaging the at least one tubular outlet leg of the outlet boot. Each at least one clamp member is constructed and arranged for exerting a vertical compression force on the associated at least one tubular outlet leg for expanding a slurry outlet flow from the at least one leg laterally beyond an exterior surface of the leg.
Sewage System Agitator
A sewage system component spray assembly is attached at a predetermined height above pumps in the interior of the component and has at least one nozzle for spraying liquid downwardly and generally tangential to a center of the sewage system component. Operation of the nozzle causes the liquid to disperse floating material on the sewage surface and creating a rotational flow around the center to direct such material to the pumps. The source of the sprayed liquid may be internal to the sewage system component.
DYE DISPENSING SYSTEM
An apparatus for dye dispensing is disclosed herein. The apparatus includes a controller and a tray. The tray communicates with the controller and is configured with at least one opening. At least one canister is configured with an identifier and a dye. The dye is associated with the identifier. A reader communicates with the controller. A dispenser comprises an actuator communicating with the controller and a lever arm. The lever arm is coupled to the actuator and configured with a projection. The reader, based on the identifier, identifies a selected dye in a selected canister associated with a dye formulation.
