Device for transferring liquid, semiliquid or powdered products and system for mixing the products
A device for transferring liquid, semiliquid or powdered basic products including: a main body designed to form a plurality of transfer channels defining respective conveying paths which are at least partly separate from one another, each including a respective inlet for a basic product, said main body including an outlet shared by said transfer channels.
FROZEN PRODUCT MACHINE
A frozen product machine that solves problems associated with conventional home ice cream and frozen product machines by prevents loss of product in the chamber and decreases freezing time for a liquid product. A cooling chamber is cooled by a cooling element that provides variable cooling temperatures throughout the cooling chamber. A temperature gradient, progressing from lower temperatures at the bottom of the chamber, or the outlet, to higher at the top of the chamber, or inlet, create a more efficient means of cooling a frozen product. An auger, that may be shaped to match the shape of the cooling chamber may include slots that allow for controlled flow of frozen product through the chamber to promote efficient cooling. Hinged fins may rotate from open to closed within the slot to further enhance flow of frozen product through the frozen product machine.
ICE CREAM MAKER ASSEMBLY
An ice cream making assembly includes a mixing bowl having an outer housing and an inner liner defining a wall cavity therebetween. The mixing bowl further includes a radiator fin unit received within a portion of the wall cavity and a phase-change medium filling a further portion of the wall cavity surrounding at least a portion of the radiator fin unit. The radiator fin unit defines an outer chamfer extending generally along an outer cross-sectional profile of the wall cavity and a tapered inner profile extending along inner cross-sectional profile of the wall cavity and in at least partial contact with the inner liner. The assembly further includes a dasher including first and second mixing arms extending outwardly from an anchor end of the axle and upwardly and outwardly to generally follow an angled inner profile of the a food-product receiving cavity defined by the liner.
MICRO PUREE MACHINE
A blade assembly for a micro puree machine including a central support hub, a cutting blade, a mixing blade, a central opening, an angled ledge and an undercut. The cutting blade extends outward from a circumferential surface of the central support hub and defines a curved leading edge. The central opening is configured to receive a power shaft therein. The angled ledge is located at an upper end of the central support hub and extends about at least a portion of an outer perimeter of the central support hub. The undercut is located on the outer perimeter of the central support hub and is positioned closer to a lower end of the central support hub than the angled ledge. The undercut includes an engagement surface that extends outwards from a central axis of the central support hub and is configured to receive and retain a clip mechanism.
FROZEN CONFECTION MACHINE
Apparatuses, systems, and methods are disclosed for eliminating or greatly reducing the cleaning process of frozen confection apparatus or machines by having the comestible mixture contained in a flexible container or bag. The comestible mixture is chilled and/or frozen and dispensed from the bag without contacting other parts of the machine, thereby helping to prevent the comestible mixture from being contaminated with bacterial, viral, chemical, or physical contaminants.
Stirring Apparatus for Direct Expansion Evaporator of Ice Cream or Yogurt Machine
The stirring apparatus includes a stirring beater configured to be coaxially disposed in a mixing chamber of a freezing cylinder in a rotatable manner for pushing a mixture flowed in the mixing chamber in an inner spiral manner, and one or more scraper blades. The stirring beater includes one or more helical stirring paddles supported by a central frame and spirally extended along a length of the mixing chamber. The one or more scraper blades are mounted along the one or more helical stirring paddles respectively to define a helical diameter matching with an inner diameter of the mixing chamber of the freezing cylinder such that each of the one or more scraper blades is capable of scrapping against an inner surface of the freezing cylinder while a rotation of the stirring beater within the mixing chamber of the freezing cylinder
FROZEN FOOD PRODUCT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A frozen food appliance and related method of making a frozen food product. A rotational drive assembly configured in an axial alignment using a direct drive to produce rotational movement of a blade element to contact a frozen food precursor in a frozen food container associated with the frozen food appliance where the rotational drive assembly omits rotational speed modifying gears and transmissions positioned between a drive motor and the blade element. In another aspect, a rotational drive assembly may be kept in axial alignment with a frozen food container via a multi portioned container mount having a float connector.
RAPIDLY COOLING FOOD AND DRINKS
Systems and methods have demonstrated the capability of rapidly cooling the contents of pods containing the ingredients for food and drinks.
DEVICE FOR PREPARING A FROZEN FOOD PRODUCT FROM A LIQUID MIXTURE AND A METHOD FOR OPERATING THE DEVICE
A device for preparing frozen food product from a liquid mixture includes: a cup holder for a cup for preparing the frozen food product, a cooling unit for cooling the cavity, a stirring unit for stirring liquid mixture in the cup with a stirring element driven with a motor, a torque sensor for measuring torque applied by the motor, and a control unit configured for: starting an operational phase of the device, monitoring in a first period before a first time the torque of the motor, determining a linear increase of the torque in the first period, monitoring, after the first time, the torque of the motor, and if with respect to the linear increase of the torque in the first period an increase above a threshold occurs in the monitored torque, then initiating an ice cream termination phase, otherwise a sorbet termination phase.
CUP FOR A DEVICE FOR PREPARING A FROZEN FOOD PRODUCT FROM A LIQUID MIXTURE AND THE DEVICE
A cup is provided for a device for preparing a frozen food product from a liquid mixture with a stirring element of the device stirring the liquid mixture in the cup while the cup is being cooled by a cooling unit of the device. The device includes a cup holder with a cavity for receiving the cup. The cup holder includes a first upper surface surrounding an entrance opening of the cavity, and is provided on the first upper surface with at least one upwards first protrusion. The cup has a predetermined height such that the cup extends a predetermined distance above the first upper surface. The cup includes at its top a circumferential flange provided with at least one first extension, which is arranged such that it contacts the at least one first protrusion for preventing rotation of the cup in the cavity.
