GYPSUM SLURRY APPLICATION MODIFIER
A gypsum slurry modifier device is provided for use with a gypsum mixer outlet boot having at least one tubular outlet leg, and includes a support bracket mountable to the outlet boot; at least one clamp member associated with the support bracket and constructed and arranged for engaging the at least one tubular outlet leg of the outlet boot. Each at least one clamp member is constructed and arranged for exerting a vertical compression force on the associated at least one tubular outlet leg for expanding a slurry outlet flow from the at least one leg laterally beyond an exterior surface of the leg.
SYSTEM FOR MAKING GYPSUM BOARD USING A LIQUID GYPSUM SET ACCELERATOR
Systems and methods for making gypsum board using a liquid gypsum set accelerator. Stucco and water are mixed to form a gypsum slurry, such as in a pin mixer. A gypsum set accelerator is mixed with a liquid medium to form a liquid gypsum set accelerator, such as in an eductor. The liquid gypsum set accelerator is added to the gypsum slurry, which is shaped to form the gypsum board.
HYDRAULICALLY DRIVEN CEMENT DOWNHOLE MIXING ENHANCER APPARATUS
A pipe section is disclosed. The pipe section includes a tubular body with a wall defining an interior flow path extending axially through the tubular body and a turbine assembly assembled to a first portion of the wall. The turbine assembly includes a link rod extending through the wall, from an interior of the tubular body to an exterior of the tubular body, an inner turbine mounted on the link rod in the interior of the tubular body, wherein the inner turbine is rotatable about the link rod, and an outer impeller mounted on the link rod at the exterior of the tubular body, wherein the outer impeller is rotatable about the link rod. The pipe section further includes a protective shield disposed around the outer impeller.
Method for the application of mineral binder compositions containing fibres
A method for the application of hydrous mineral binder compositions which contain fibres. An aqueous accelerator is mixed with the aqueous binder composition in a mixer shortly before the application. The method is very robust and makes it possible to quickly produce even large moulded bodies having a uniform surface and very good strength development properties.
DEVICE FOR ADDING AND MIXING AN ADDITIVE INTO A HYDRAULICALLY SETTABLE MIXTURE
A device for adding and mixing an additive into a hydraulically settable mixture includes a tubular cavity for conducting the hydraulically settable mixture through in an intended flow direction, wherein a static flow-influencing element, in which there is an aperture that leads into the cavity and is intended for introducing the additive, projects into the cavity.
Device for applying a building material
A system for applying a building material, including: a movement device for modifying a site of application in a space; a first component of the building material; a second component of the building material; a mixer for mixing the first component and the second component, the mixer including a drive module with a first coupling element and a mixing chamber module with a second coupling element, the drive module and the mixing chamber module being detachably embodied, and the drive module and the mixing chamber module being actively interconnected in an application state of the system by means of the coupling elements.
Mobile aggregate hopper with arcuate side walls
A mobile aggregate hopper for a volumetric and gravimetric mixer having arcuate longitudinal walls for holding and isolating aggregate. The mobile aggregate hopper has a base integral with the arcuate longitudinal walls with an aggregate transfer conveyor capable of attachment to a trailer or chassis having wheels. The single sheet structure of the longitudinal arcuate side walls minimizes welding and mechanical joints during manufacturing and provides a hopper with high strength and capacity and low overall weight.
Carbonization-based lightweight CO2 foamed cement-based material, and optimized preparation method and use thereof
The present invention discloses an optimized preparation method of a carbonization-based lightweight CO.sub.2 foamed cement-based material, and belongs to the field of geotechnical engineering materials. The preparation method includes: step S1: pre-screening existing common cement-based foaming agents and foam stabilizers; step S2: preparing a water-based carbon dioxide foam; step S3: preparing a cement slurry, and mixing the water-based carbon dioxide foam with the cement slurry to prepare a lightweight CO.sub.2 foamed cement-based material; step S4: selecting foaming agents of different types and different concentrations and foam stabilizers of different types and different concentrations to prepare slurries, subjecting the slurries to slurry performance tests, and selecting the optimal ones; step S5: optimizing initial water-to-cement ratio and foam-to-slurry ratio parameters; and step S6: optimizing a gas-filling volume parameter (water pump speed).
Mixing apparatus and method for preparing mortar
A mixing apparatus for preparing mortar has a screw conveyor for conveying dry material, such as a mixture of sand and cement, from a storage vessel to a mixing chamber. The mixing chamber has an inlet end, adapted to receive dry material from an outlet end of the screw conveyor, an outlet end for dispensing wet mortar, and a water feed between the inlet and outlet ends for delivering a metered flow or quantity of water into the mixing chamber. A mixing device within the mixing chamber mixes the dry material and water and controls passage of material from the inlet to the outlet end. The outlet end is located above said inlet end so the dry material falls under gravity from the outlet end into the mixing chamber, maintaining separation between the dry material in the screw conveyor and the wet material in the mixing chamber.
