A bottom of the open groove is provided with a movement surface. An end of the movement surface proximal to an opening of the open groove is a locking end, and an end of the movement surface distal to the opening of the open groove is an unlocking end. The movement body is provided in the open groove and moveable along the movement surface. The elastic member is provided in the open groove and configured to maintain the movement body at the locking end or the unlocking end of the movement surface.
Fertilizer grinding mechanism, water and fertilizer mixing device, and aqueous fertilizer solution preparation production line
A fertilizer grinding mechanism, a water and fertilizer mixing device, and an aqueous fertilizer solution preparation production line. A fertilizer receiving body, where an edge is provided with a arranged first channel; a connecting body, fixed to a bottom of the fertilizer receiving body and provided with a second channel with the first channel, a bottom of the second channel is communicated with a buffer bin, a pushing block is arranged in the buffer bin, and the pushing block is connected with a drive mechanism for driving the block to move in direction of the body; and an inner grinding block, where the block is fixed to a bottom of the connecting body, an outer side of the inner grinding block is with a vertically movable grinding roller, the pushing block can push fertilizer under vertical movement of the roller. The grinding mechanism has a heat dissipation effect.
FERTILIZER MIXER
A fertilizer mixer includes a housing, a plurality of supporting rods, a roof plate, a mixing room, a lifting mechanism, a stirring mechanism, a control mechanism, a driving mechanism, and a cleaning mechanism. The housing includes a top end and one end of each of the plurality of supporting rods is disposed on the top end. The roof plate is disposed on the other end of each of the plurality of supporting rods. The stirring mechanism is fixed on the roof plate. The mixing room includes a bottom wall and the housing includes an inner bottom surface. The mixing room includes a discharge port disposed on the bottom wall, and a seal plug disposed in the discharge port. The lifting mechanism is disposed between the bottom wall and the inner bottom surface and an outer sidewall of the mixing room abuts against an inner sidewall of the housing.
PLUNGER MIXER DEVICE
Disclosed is a plunger mixer device (307B, 309B, 311B, and 313B) deployable within a hollow shaft injection drill bit system (305B). The plunger mixer device (307B, 309B, 311B, and 313B) includes a motor (313B), a piston (507D), and a plunger motor assembly (403C, 405C, 407C, 409C, 411C, 413C, and 415C). The motor (313B) is connected to a feeder auger tip. The piston (507D) is configured to be driven by the motor (313B). The piston (507D) is connected to a feeder auger (103C, 105A, 109B, and 205A). The plunger motor assembly (403C, 405C, 407C, 409C, 411C, 413C, and 415C) includes a stacked series of panels (503D, 505D, and 507D), and a plurality of motor shafts (311D). Stationary Fertilizer Sprayer Assembly
A stationary fertilizer sprayer assembly for watering or fertilizing a selected area includes a container that is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to contain a fluid fertilizer. A base is coupled to the container and the base rests on a support surface adjacent to an area to be fertilized. A dispensing nozzle is removably coupled to the container such that the dispensing nozzle is in fluid communication with the container and the dispensing nozzle is fluidly attachable to a water source to receive water. The dispensing nozzle includes a mixture valve that is positionable in a mixing position of a non-mixing position. In this way the dispensing nozzle can spray either pure water or a mixture of the fluid fertilizer and water.
GRANULATION DEVICE
A device for granulation of concentrated and/or aqueous solutions/melts may include a shaft extending in a longitudinal direction and rotatably mounted within a housing. Impact arms may extend radially outward from a rotation axis of the shaft. Due to blade elements attached to the impact arms, particles of fluidized material to be treated may advance in the longitudinal direction along a flow direction and be rotated and mixed by the blade elements. A first blade element may have an attitude so as to be inclined relative to a plane that in a transverse direction extends through the rotation axis, when viewed in the conveying direction. A second blade element may have an attitude that is counter to the flow direction such that the second blade element when viewed in the conveying direction is aligned so as to be reversely inclined relative to a remainder of the blade elements.
