Smart entrainment atomisation mixing system
A nozzle for injecting a first liquid mass into a stream of second liquid mass flowing within a pipe, comprising a first, outer, cylinder and second, inner, cylinder concentrically arranged about a nozzle axis, securing means for securing the nozzle to a wall of the pipe with the nozzle axis orthogonal to the pipe wall, the nozzle projecting into an interior of the pipe in use, duct means for receiving the first liquid mass and transporting it to the interior of the inner and outer cylinders, the inner cylinder comprising at least one hole arranged to expel liquid therethrough, and the outer cylinder comprising at least one hole arranged to expel liquid therethrough.
Method for producing sealant
A method for producing a sealant includes a weighing and mixing step, a kneading step, a stirring and defoaming step, and a filling step. In the weighing and mixing step, a main component and a curing agent are weighed and mixed together. In the kneading step, the mixture mixed in the weighing and mixing step is kneaded. In the stirring and defoaming step, the kneaded product kneaded in the kneading step is stirred and defoamed. In the filling step, the kneaded product defoamed in the stirring and defoaming step is filled into a container. In the stirring and defoaming step, the kneaded product is stirred under a condition wherein a stirring rotational speed at which the kneaded product is stirred and a stirring time for which the kneaded product is stirred are within a range from an arithmetic product lower limit value to an arithmetic product upper limit value.
FLUID CONTROLLER AND FLUID MIXER
According to one embodiment, a fluid controller includes a fluid channel deforming portion and a mixing portion provided downstream from the fluid channel deforming portion. The fluid channel deforming portion includes an upstream end portion, a first channel, a second channel and a channel terminating portion. At least one of the first and second channels is deformed between the upstream end portion and the channel terminating portion. A region of the second channel in a second cross-section, is increased more than a region of the second channel in the first cross-section, between the upstream end portion ad the channel terminating portion. The mixing portion mixes a plurality of fluids flowing through the fluid channel deforming portion.
MULTI-COMPONENT MIXING DEVICE AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A multi-component mixing device including at least a first supply of a first product and a second supply of a second product. The mixing device has a mixing chamber having at least a first inlet and a second inlet, the first supply opening into the mixing chamber at the first inlet and the second supply opening into the mixing chamber at the second inlet. The mixing device includes a nozzle arranged and adapted to inject the second product from the second supply into the mixing chamber as a flat jet. An associated mixing method is also provided.
In the stirring and defoaming step, the kneaded product is stirred under a condition wherein a stirring rotational speed at which the kneaded product is stirred and a stirring time for which the kneaded product is stirred are within a range from a product lower limit value to a product upper limit value.
Synthetic rubber latex and method for manufacturing same
A latex of a synthetic rubber, wherein the content rate of a particle having a particle size of 5 m or more in a particle size distribution of a synthetic rubber particle included in the latex, as determined on a number basis, is less than 3,000 ppm by weight. A latex of a synthetic rubber is excellent in mechanical stability and can provide a film molded article such as a dip molded article excellent in tensile strength and elongation.
METHODS OF MIXING IMPELLER SENSING
A method is provided for monitoring a flow behavior of mixed components without requiring additional instrumentation or sampling. The method is carried out by determining ratios of the power required to rotate a mixing impeller at different rotational speeds and then comparing the ratios. Characteristics about the mixed components are determined based on differences between the ratios.
FINE BUBBLE GENERATING METHOD AND FINE BUBBLE GENERATING APPARATUS
A fine bubble generating method and apparatus capable of generating fine bubbles having nano-order diameters including a storage tank for storing liquid, a liquid feeding unit for suctioning and feeding the liquid stored in storage tank, a bubble supply unit for supplying bubbles into the liquid which is being fed by liquid feeding unit, and a storage tank for storing the liquid into which bubbles have been supplied by bubble supply unit. Pure water is introduced into storage tank, a liquid feeding pump of the liquid feeding unit is actuated, and air is discharged from a gas discharge head of type A in a bubble supply portion while pure water in storage tank is fed to the bubble supply portion, whereby bubbles are supplied into the pure water passing through bubble supply portion in a turbulent state, and the pure water containing bubbles is fed into storage tank and stored.
