Spinning vessel systems and methods for mixing, suspending particulates, aliquoting, washing magnetic beads, and concentrating analytes
Provided herein are apparatuses and systems for mixing liquids and suspensions that include vessels with structures that improve mixing while not contacting liquid delivery components. The apparatuses and systems can include a motor drive that allows speed and directional control of rotation of the vessel. The apparatuses and systems can include one or more magnets for separating magnetic beads in a suspension. Also provided are methods using said apparatuses and systems for mixing and separation processes.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MAKING LITHIUM IRON PHOSPHATE
An apparatus and a method for making lithium iron phosphate are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a raw material system to provide a raw material mixed solution of raw materials of a hydrothermal reaction or a solvothermal reaction; a tubular reaction device to make the raw material mixed solution in a plug flowing and reacting state to obtain a reacted material; and a kettle reaction device to make the reacted material in a complete mixing and reacting state to obtain a product. The method comprises providing a raw material mixed solution of raw materials of a hydrothermal reaction or a solvothermal reaction; making the raw material mixed solution in a plug flowing and reacting state to obtain a reacted material; and making the reacted material in a complete mixing and reacting state. The lithium iron phosphate can be continuously produced by the apparatus and method.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING HYDROGEN GAS-CONTAINING MATERIAL AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING HYDROGEN GAS-CONTAINING MATERIAL
There are provided a method for producing a hydrogen gas-containing material in which higher safety than in a production method of the related art is secured and which is simple and has high production efficiency, and a method for producing a hydrogen gas-containing material and a device for producing a hydrogen gas-containing material in which it is possible to prevent nitrogen gas from being mixed into the hydrogen gas-containing material produced by the production method and it is easy to control an amount of hydrogen contained in the hydrogen gas-containing material. As one aspect, there is provided a method for producing a hydrogen gas-containing material including mixing a liquid composition containing a gelling agent or a thickener and a liquid medium with hydrogen gas in a line mixer (20) and cooling the liquid composition containing hydrogen gas in a liquid-transfer pipe (22) connected to the line mixer (20) and causing the liquid composition containing hydrogen gas to gel or thicken.
Apparatus for treating and cooling foundry moulding sand
The present invention concerns an apparatus for treating and cooling foundry molding sand, comprising a mixing container and a mixing tool rotatable about a drive shaft, wherein there is provided an air feed for the feed of air into the container interior. To provide an improved apparatus with which a more uniform fluidized layer is produced as far as possible over the entire cross-section of the mixing container, wherein moreover the proportion of the solid particles entrained with the gas flow is to be reduced, it is proposed according to the invention that the mixing tool has at least two mixing vanes spaced from each other in the vertical direction and at least one mixing vane has a mixer blade with a surface which is inclined relative to the horizontal.
Online pulverized coal concentration regulator and regulating method
An online pulverized coal concentration regulator is mounted at a front end of a pulverized coal pipe, and a pulverized coal concentration detector is arranged in the pipe. The regulator includes a control system, and an output of the concentration detector is connected with a signal input end of the control system. The regulator includes a top plate, a regulating rod, and a powder baffle plate. A mounting hole for fixedly mounting the front end of the pipe and a through hole for the powder baffle plate to penetrate through are arranged in the top plate, and a connector is arranged between the regulating rod and the powder baffle plate. The regulator includes a guider slidably connected with the powder baffle plate and fixedly connected with the top plate, and a diversion plate arranged on the top plate and slidably connected with the powder baffle plate.
