SYSTEM FOR MAKING GYPSUM BOARD USING A LIQUID GYPSUM SET ACCELERATOR
Systems and methods for making gypsum board using a liquid gypsum set accelerator. Stucco and water are mixed to form a gypsum slurry, such as in a pin mixer. A gypsum set accelerator is mixed with a liquid medium to form a liquid gypsum set accelerator, such as in an eductor. The liquid gypsum set accelerator is added to the gypsum slurry, which is shaped to form the gypsum board.
Methods for preparation of gelatin-based products
A device for preparing a gelatin-based product may include a mix tank, a mix pod that is fluidly coupled to the mix tank via a pod spike, and a hot water tank, where the hot water tank is coupled to the mix pod via the pod spike. In at least one example, the pod spike may include an outer tube and an inner tube. In one or more examples, the pod spike of the device may include a hub, where a first end of the outer tube is coupled to the hub. Further, in some examples, a first end of the inner tube may also be coupled to the hub.
Slurry manufacturing device and operating method for slurry manufacturing device
Provided is a slurry manufacturing method in which a decrease in slurry quality, an increase in running cost, and a decrease in maintainability are suppressed. A slurry manufacturing device includes: a mixing device (suction pump mechanism portion) that mixes a liquid and a powder to manufacture a slurry; a powder supply device that supplies the powder to the mixing device; and a powder dry box, in which an opening portion of the powder supply device is accommodated in the powder dry box.
Slurry mixing device
A slurry mixing device includes an installation frame, a slurry mixing tank, a slurry feeding tank, a cooling mechanism and a slurry discharging mechanism. The slurry feeding tank is movably arranged under the slurry mixing tank, the cooling mechanism and the slurry discharging mechanism. A mass scale is arranged under the slurry feeding tank. A stirring cavity is formed in the slurry mixing tank, and a stirring paddle is arranged in the stirring cavity. A stirring motor is arranged on the slurry mixing tank. An outlet is arranged on the bottom of the stirring cavity. An oil bath cavity is formed between the slurry mixing tank and the stirring cavity. The cooling mechanism includes a lifting cylinder and a lifting base. The lifting base is provided with a rotating paddle and a rotating motor. The lifting cylinder is arranged on the installation frame.
Powder-liquid bone cement mixer with compressed gas connection
A device and method for producing a bone cement paste from a monomer liquid and a cement powder, wherein the device comprises a cartridge with a cylindrical interior chamber for mixing the parent components, whereby the interior chamber of the cartridge is closed on the front side up to a delivery opening for expelling the bone cement paste from the interior chamber, a delivery plunger which is arranged in the interior chamber of the cartridge and which is supported in a linearly movable manner in the direction of the delivery opening, the cement powder, which is arranged in the interior chamber of the cartridge between the delivery opening and the delivery plunger, a monomer receptacle with an interior chamber in which a monomer liquid container containing the monomer liquid is contained, whereby in the monomer receptacle, a conveying plunger is arranged movable in the longitudinal direction of the monomer receptacle, a compressed gas connection, whereby the conveying plunger is arranged between the monomer liquid container and the compressed gas connection or the compressed gas line in the monomer receptacle.
DOUBLE SHAFT PADDLE MIXER AND ARRANGEMENT AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING PASTE
A double shaft paddle mixer, including a barrel chamber, and a first paddle screw and a second paddle screw. The first paddle screw is provided with first paddles and the second paddle screw is provided with second paddles. The barrel chamber includes a crushing zone and a mixing zone. The crushing zone is partly separated from the mixing zone by a partition member. A first inlet is connected to the crushing zone and a second inlet is connected to the mixing zone and an outlet connected to the mixing zone. The double shaft paddle mixer can be part of an arrangement and part of a method for producing paste.
INTEGRATED BLENDER AND FRICTION REDUCER SYSTEM
An integrated blender system includes a skid. The integrated blender system includes a blender assembly, including a blender tub including an outlet, a supply pipe coupled between a suction pump and the blender tub, and an outlet pipe coupled to the outlet of the blender tub. The integrated blender assembly includes a dry product additive system. The dry product additive system includes a skid, a hopper, a pickup funnel, a feeder system, a supply pump, and an eductor assembly. The feeder system may be configured to transport product from the hopper to the pickup funnel. The eductor assembly including a suction inlet, a motive inlet, and an outlet. The suction inlet may be coupled to the pickup funnel by a suction hose. The motive inlet may be coupled to the supply pump by a motive fluid hose. The outlet nozzle is positioned to eject fluid and product into the blender tub.
Inline Solids Conditioner and Pre-Wetter
A tube-in-tube inline solids conditioner and pre-wetter. The conditioner has three concentric tubes. A first ingredient is fed into an inner tube. A second ingredient is fed into an outer tube. The middle tube has a flared nozzle to form a tear drop flow with the second ingredient that surrounds the first ingredient. A vacuum chamber is formed between the middle tube and the inner tube. The cocoon and the vacuum prevent the formation of condensation inside the conditioner. The conditioner combines the two ingredients into a mixture that is pumpable.
Device for mixing a bone cement with hollow space for monomer transfer
One embodiment relates to a device for the production of a bone cement dough from a monomer liquid and a cement powder comprising a cartridge with an internal space; a cartridge head with a dispensing opening; a conveying plunger that is arranged in the internal space of the cartridge and is supported in the internal space of the cartridge such that it is pushable in the direction of the dispensing opening; a dispensing plunger between the dispensing opening and the conveying plunger that is supported in the internal space of the cartridge such that it is pushable in the direction of the dispensing opening; a first hollow space, in which the cement powder is arranged; a second hollow space that is bordered by the dispensing plunger and the conveying plunger; a fluid opening that is arranged in the conveying plunger; a feedthrough that connects the first hollow space and the second hollow space to each other, and a closure means that is arranged on a rear side of the dispensing plunger. The closure means projects away from the dispensing plunger and is situated at a distance from the fluid opening. The fluid opening is closable with the closure means.
