MIXED-SPRAY FIREFIGHTING DEVICE
The application discloses a mixed-spray firefighting device, which includes a water nozzle and a powder nozzle. The water nozzle is disposed around an outside of the powder nozzle, and a powder spray port of the powder nozzle is provided behind a water spray port of the water nozzle. A fire-extinguishing agent powder sprayed from the powder nozzle and a water flow sprayed from the water nozzle are mixed in air outside the firefighting device. The fire-extinguishing agent powder is preferably sodium polyacrylate resin powder. The application solves the technical bottleneck of using the sodium polyacrylate resin powder as a fire-extinguishing agent in the prior art, so that the sodium polyacrylate resin powder can be sprayed into a fire field smoothly and continuously without blocking the powder spray port.
Method and apparatus for supplying water of specified concentration
Provided are a method for supplying water of specified concentration, including: a step of adding at least two liquids, a conductive first liquid and a non-conductive second liquid, to ultrapure water to produce water of specified concentration containing a first liquid-component and a second liquid-component at specified concentrations, in which a mixed solution in which the first liquid and the second liquid are mixed at a specified mixing ratio in advance is prepared; and the mixed solution is added to the ultrapure water so that a conductivity or specific resistance of the ultrapure water after the addition satisfies a specified value, and an apparatus therefor.
FINE BUBBLE GENERATOR
A fine bubble generator which is an ultrafine bubble generator includes a side wall whose inner face is cylindrical, and closing walls closing both ends of the side wall, respectively, with a gas-liquid discharge port in one of the closing walls, wherein a fluid inlet port is provided closer to the gas-liquid discharge port than is a midpoint between both closing walls, and the fluid inlet port penetrates the side wall in a tangential direction of the inner face of the side wall, wherein a spiral groove is formed in the inner face of side wall, and wherein the spiral groove has an angle of inclination of 1° to 10°.
Automated drilling-fluid additive system and method
An automated drilling-fluid additive system and method for on-site real-time analysis and additive treatment of drilling fluid to be injected into a well. The drilling fluid includes returned drilling fluid intended to be re-used, which has a variety of viscosity and other qualities resulting from its various preceding use. The target drilling fluid will have a variety of viscosity and other qualities depending upon and changing with various phases of drilling operations and various conditions encountered. The drilling fluid is analyzed in real time as it flows into the automated drilling-fluid additive system, and various additives are added to and thoroughly blended with the drilling fluid as needed to achieve the desired result. The blended drilling fluid is discharged from the automated drilling-fluid additive system in the proper condition for injection into a well.
SLURRY PROCESSING APPARATUS, MICROBUBBLE GENERATION EQUIPMENT, AND SLURRY PROCESSING METHOD
Provided is a slurry treatment apparatus includes: a treatment tank for performing any treatment of a solid-liquid reaction, a solid-gas reaction, a gas-liquid reaction, and solid-liquid separation on a slurry containing a metal or a metal compound; a first pipe; a second pipe; and a pump, in which one end of the first pipe has a suction opening for sucking the slurry from the treatment tank, the other end of the first pipe is connected to a suction port of the pump, one end of the second pipe is linked to a discharge port of the pump, the other end of the second pipe is connected to a microbubble generator, and the microbubble generator includes a throttle that throttles a flow of the slurry and a gas supply tube for supplying gas to the throttle, and supplies microbubbles to the slurry in the treatment tank.
Beverage dispensing system mixing nozzle
The disclosure described herein relates to a beverage dispensing system mixing nozzle and a process for making or repairing the same. Particular examples of the present disclosure include a manifold comprising multiple tubes where the manifold is inserted into and secured within a seat of the mixing nozzle. In some examples, multiple manifolds are inserted into and secured within a seat of the mixing nozzle. The tubes extend into the body of the manifold to form a leak proof connection.
Eductor based mixer for mixing stucco and water
A mixing assembly includes a main flow conduit having an inlet end and an opposite outlet, a source of pressurized air at the inlet end, a container of stucco in fluid communication with the flow conduit, and a source of water in fluid communication with the flow conduit between the outlet and the container. The pressurized air draws stucco from the container into the flow conduit, and also draws water into the flow conduit to form an atomized slurry.
PRODUCE PROCESSING DOSING SYSTEM
A system (10) for treating produce includes an application system (12) for applying a treatment liquid to the produce. A piston pump (20) is connected in liquid flow receiving communication with a source of treatment liquid (16), and also is connected in liquid flow expelling communication with an application line (18) leading to the application system. A control system (22) controls the operation of the piston pump to pump a selected dosage of the treatment liquid from the source of treatment liquid (16) to the application system (12).
On-demand in-line-blending and supply of chemicals
This in-line active and reverse calculating mass balance blending system can maintain a chemical at desired control points, such as with respect to concentration, temperature, and/or pressure, while the output flow rate is changing dynamically to a point of use. A blending unit is configured to receive and blend at least two species and deliver a mixture at selected concentrations to points of use. A controller can be configured to determine a mass balance to maintain the concentrations in the mixture using information from metrology systems and a flow in an output to the at least one point of use. The controller also can be configured to maintain a concentrations in the mixture within a concentration range by controlling flow rates to the blending unit.
