MIXING SYSTEM AND MIXING METHOD
A mixing system and a mixing method are provided. The mixing system includes a main pump and at least one mixing apparatus. Each mixing apparatus includes a main pipeline, a premixing device and a shearing-mixing device. The main pipeline has a liquid inlet end communicated with the main pump and is configured to convey main liquid, and the main pipeline includes a first liquid outlet end and a second liquid outlet end. The premixing device has an input end communicated with the first liquid outlet end and is configured to premix the main liquid with powder to obtain premixed liquid. The shearing-mixing device is communicated with an output end of the premixing device to obtain the premixed liquid, and is provided with a first shearing-mixing liquid inlet communicated with the second liquid outlet end to obtain the main liquid, so that mixed liquid is obtained.

A mixing system and a mixing method are provided. The mixing system includes a main pump and at least one mixing apparatus. A multi-module system for applying a refractory monolithic onto an object includes a power module and a placement module, separated and distinct from the power module. The power module includes a hydraulic pump and a prime mover drivably coupled to the hydraulic pump. The placement module includes a mixer for receiving a dry refractory material and a liquid, the mixer operative to mix the dry refractory material and liquid to produce a wet monolithic, and a pump coupled to the mixer and configured to move the wet monolithic out of the mixer. A hydraulic conduit is couplable between the hydraulic pump and at least one of the mixer or the pump, whereby the at least one of the mixer or the pump is driven by hydraulic power produced by the hydraulic pump.

The gas-liquid mixing and distributing device includes a mixing head including a chamber, a plurality of gas spray nozzles, and a plurality of liquid spray nozzles; and a liquid supplying part connected to the mixing head and supplying a liquid to the mixing head, wherein the plurality of gas spray nozzles and the plurality of liquid spray nozzles included in the mixing head are uniformly mixed and distributed so that the liquid and gas sprayed from the mixing head are uniformly mixed with each other.

Described is an apparatus for preparing baby formula using a liquid concentrate solution. The apparatus includes a housing with a cavity for receiving and holding a container liquid concentrate solution. A motor is attached with the housing for forcing liquid concentrate solution from the container and into a mixing chamber. A pump and a water tank are also included. A spray head is attached with the housing. The spray head includes a plurality of spray jets in fluid connection with the pump for receiving water from the water tank and dispensing water from the spray jets into the mixing chamber. Finally, the mixing chamber receives the liquid concentrate solution and water, such that when the water and the liquid concentrate solution are introduced into the mixing chamber, the water and liquid concentrate solution mix into a baby formula and are dispensed from an outlet in the mixing chamber.
