FOODSTUFF PROCESSING APPARATUS
An apparatus configured to process foodstuff materials can include an exterior tube, an inner shaft, and multiple differently shaped protrusions. The exterior tube can have a foodstuff inlet, an outlet, and a longitudinal axis, and can be configured to facilitate the conveyance of foodstuff materials along a material passage from the foodstuff inlet to the outlet. The inner shaft can be located within the exterior tube, can extend along the longitudinal axis, and can combine with the exterior tube to define the material passage. The inner shaft can be configured to be rotationally driven. The multiple differently shaped protrusions can be coupled to and extend from the inner shaft, and these differently shaped protrusions can be configured to process the foodstuff materials when the inner shaft is rotationally driven. Processing can include conveying, agitating, and/or hydrating the foodstuff materials.

A CO-ROTATING SELF-CLEANING TWO SCREW EXTRUDER WITH AN INTERNAL BAFFLE
A self-cleaning extruding apparatus with two co-rotating screws and the method thereof are provided here. Said apparatus is comprised of a screw mechanism, a barrel (1), a feeding port (10), a venting port (11), and a discharge port (12). Said screw mechanism is comprised of the first screw with one tip (3) and the second screw with two tips (4). There is a baffle in the channel of the first screw and the baffle's height is lower than that of the screw flight. The baffle will cause hyperbolic perturbation in the shape of a ‘
The baffle will generate chaotic mixing in the screw channel caused by the hyperbolic perturbation. Topological chaos is also introduced into the screw channel by the mechanism ‘one part divided into two parts, then two parts converging into one part, and then one part divided into two parts once more’. Each of the screws in the present invention uses an asymmetrical flow channel geometrical shape, such that a periodic action like ‘compression—expansion—further compression—expansion further’ works. The above three enhancement mechanisms work together to efficiently accelerate melting and mixing.
CARTRIDGE STRUCTURE DESIGNED FOR GENERATION OF HYDROGEN GAS
This invention relates to a cartridge structure (100, 200, 300) designed for generation of hydrogen gas by means of generating hydrogen using hydride solutions (sodium hydride, lithium borohydride, potassium borohydride, ammonium borane, etc.) in presence of a catalyser. The objective of this invention is to provide a cartridge structure (100, 200, 300) designed for generation of hydrogen gas by means of generating hydrogen using continuously fed hydride solutions in presence of a catalyser.
INTEGRATED PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR TERNARY MATERIAL
An integrated production system for a ternary material includes an agitating device, a water washing tank, an agitated nutsche filter and a dryer arranged in sequence along a travel path of a ternary material, where the agitating device is used to agitate a material; the water washing tank is used to carry out even pulping and provide a reaction space; the agitated nutsche filter is used to realize an agitating and filtering operation on the material; the dryer is used to dry the material. The integrated production system can meet the high requirements of the large-scale ternary material production for the water content, washing effect, particle crystal form, purity and closed operation. The integrated production system can also effectively ensure the production capacity and production efficiency of the system while satisfying the requirements of green manufacturing for efficiency enhancement, energy saving, consumption reduction and emission reduction.
