BIDIRECTIONAL FLUTED AUGER
An apparatus can include a hollow tube, central shaft, agitation components, and bidirectional fluted auger. The hollow tube can have an inlet, outlet, and longitudinal central axis, and can facilitate the conveyance of foodstuff materials from the inlet to the outlet. The central shaft can extend along the longitudinal axis and can be rotationally driven both clockwise and counterclockwise. The agitation components can be coupled to the central shaft and can agitate and mix foodstuff materials being conveyed along the hollow tube. The bidirectional fluted auger can be coupled to the central shaft proximate the outlet, can rotate with the central shaft when the central shaft is rotationally driven, and can have a flow rate limiting inner cylinder, clockwise-progressing flute features, and counterclockwise-progressing flute features. The clockwise and counterclockwise progressing flute features can convey foodstuff materials toward the outlet when the bidirectional fluted auger is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise.
Central entry dual rotor cavitation
A method is described of mixing fluid materials, including solids and gases. The materials to be mixed are introduced between two cylindrical rotors mounted in parallel on a motorized shaft. The rotors have arrays of cavities on their cylindrical surfaces and rotate within close proximity to the interior of a cylindrical shell. Passage of the fluid between the rotating rotors and the interior surface of the cylindrical shell causes cavitation, which mixes the materials. The mixture is passed to outlets on the far sides of the rotors from the inlet. Apparatus is described for extending the flow path of the materials and thus increasing exposure to the cavitation process.
Aggregate washing systems, methods and apparatus
Aggregate washing systems are described including mechanisms for slurrying, washing and/or dewatering aggregate material.
Method for the application of mineral binder compositions containing fibres
A method for the application of hydrous mineral binder compositions which contain fibres. An aqueous accelerator is mixed with the aqueous binder composition in a mixer shortly before the application. The method is very robust and makes it possible to quickly produce even large moulded bodies having a uniform surface and very good strength development properties.
Direct chemical injection systems and methods
A system includes a recirculation line, a mainline flow meter operable to measure a flowrate of fluid flowing through the recirculation line, a mixing chamber, an inlet line coupled between the recirculation line and the mixing chamber, at least one chemical injection port coupled to the inlet line, a dedicated feed pump operably associated with each chemical injection port, and an outlet line coupled between the mixing chamber and the recirculation line. The mixing chamber includes a plurality of mixing zones, a mixing blade assembly that includes at least one blade within each mixing zone, and a motor coupled to the mixing blade assembly and operable to rotate the mixing blade assembly. Each of the dedicated feed pumps is coupled to a separate chemical supply and is operable to pump a chemical to the corresponding chemical injection port for injection into the inlet line.
Device for applying a building material
A system for applying a building material, including: a movement device for modifying a site of application in a space; a first component of the building material; a second component of the building material; a mixer for mixing the first component and the second component, the mixer including a drive module with a first coupling element and a mixing chamber module with a second coupling element, the drive module and the mixing chamber module being detachably embodied, and the drive module and the mixing chamber module being actively interconnected in an application state of the system by means of the coupling elements.
ROTARY INTERFACE FOR FLUID ASSEMBLIES AND RELATED METHODS OF FABRICATION AND USE
The present disclosure provides advantageous rotary interfaces for fluid assemblies (e.g., rotary interfaces for fluid flow in bioreactor applications), and related methods of fabrication and use. More particularly, the present disclosure provides improved rotary interfaces for fluid flow through porous impellers for filtration and/or sparging for fluid assemblies (e.g., bioreactor applications), and related methods of fabrication and use. Disclosed herein is a fluid assembly (e.g., bioreactor) that includes a porous impeller which is in fluid communication with a hollow shaft that can be used to transport a reaction fluid to an external storage tank or the like. The fluid assembly/bioreactor can include a coupling mechanism that transmits rotary motion from a motor to a primary shaft and then to a hollow secondary shaft, while at the same time permitting removal of a filtrate from the fluid assembly or bioreactor via the hollow secondary shaft and a porous impeller.
BATCH-TYPE STIRRER FOR SUSPENSION POLYMERIZATION OF POLYVINYL CHLORIDE RESIN, AND BATCH-TYPE SUSPENSION POLYMERIZATION REACTOR USING SAME
The present invention pertains to: a batch-type suspension polymerization stirrer for producing polyvinyl chloride; and a batch-type suspension polymerization reactor using same. More specifically, the present invention pertains to a batch-type exothermic reactor for performing vinyl chloride polymerization while controlling the internal temperature of an exothermic reaction chamber. Even more specifically, the present invention pertains to an invention wherein the structure of a reflux condenser among jacket, baffle, and reflux condenser devices responsible for heat removal in a reactor is designed to improve productivity and polymerization efficiency.
FERTILIZER GRINDING MECHANISM, WATER AND FERTILIZER MIXING DEVICE, AND AQUEOUS FERTILIZER SOLUTION PREPARATION PRODUCTION LINE

A fertilizer receiving body, where an edge is provided with a arranged first channel; a connecting body, fixed to a bottom of the fertilizer receiving body and provided with a second channel with the first channel, a bottom of the second channel is communicated with a buffer bin, a pushing block is arranged in the buffer bin, and the pushing block is connected with a drive mechanism for driving the block to move in direction of the body; and an inner grinding block, where the block is fixed to a bottom of the connecting body, an outer side of the inner grinding block is with a vertically movable grinding roller, the pushing block can push fertilizer under vertical movement of the roller. The grinding mechanism has a heat dissipation effect.
Deflector of an agricultural agitation system
The present disclosure is directed to an agitating system having a sub-hopper configured to receive particulate material, an agitator disposed within the sub-hopper and configured to promote movement of the particulate material through the sub-hopper, and a deflector configured to block a portion of the particulate material from exerting a force onto the agitator as the particulate material flows through the sub-hopper. The deflector is positioned such that the agitator extends beyond a first distal edge and a second distal edge of the deflector along a lateral axis.
