A mixing impeller includes multiple blade pairs each having two blades, wherein the blades included in the multiple blade pairs are attached around a rotational shaft extending in a lateral direction, so as to be positioned at a same position in an axial direction of the rotational shaft, the two blades of each blade pair each have a shape that is symmetric about a symmetry plane that is a plane perpendicular to the rotational shaft, the two blades of each blade pair are formed so as to extend from the rotational shaft side toward an outer circumferential side, which is a side opposite to the rotational shaft side, and blade outer portions that are on the outer circumferential side are bent toward a side on which the two blades face each other.
DOUBLE SHAFT PADDLE MIXER AND ARRANGEMENT AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING PASTE
A double shaft paddle mixer, including a barrel chamber, and a first paddle screw and a second paddle screw. The first paddle screw is provided with first paddles and the second paddle screw is provided with second paddles. The barrel chamber includes a crushing zone and a mixing zone. The crushing zone is partly separated from the mixing zone by a partition member. A first inlet is connected to the crushing zone and a second inlet is connected to the mixing zone and an outlet connected to the mixing zone. The double shaft paddle mixer can be part of an arrangement and part of a method for producing paste.
MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
Provision of a manufacturing apparatus that can perform steps including a kneading step to a granulating step in one apparatus, can achieve a reduced size of the apparatus as a whole, and can reduce the variation in the diameter of kneaded granules. A manufacturing apparatus comprises: a kneading section feeding a kneaded material to a downstream side in the carrying direction while kneading a raw material; a granulating section performing granulation from the kneaded material generated in the kneading section.
POWDER BLENDER FOR A SYSTEM FOR CONTINUOUS PROCESSING OF POWDER PRODUCTS
A powder blender for a system for continuous processing of powder products comprises a horizontal blending tube extending along an axis from a first end to a second end. The horizontal blending tube comprises at least one inlet configured to receive the powder products to be blended, and at least one outlet configured to discharge the powder products after blending. At least two blending devices are positioned in the blending tube and arranged successively along the axis of the blending tube. At least two actuators, wherein each of the at least two actuators is configured to operate one of the at least two blending devices such that the at least two blending devices are actuated differently from each other.
Mixing machine and related methods
A mixing machine (1) for the mixing of a homogeneous mixture with one or more components to obtain a viscous mixture, comprising a mixing chamber (2) which is divided in a push (A), a mixing (B) and a discharge zone (C), and wherein the mixing chamber (2) comprises the following parts: multiple walls, consisting of one or more top plates (22) with multiple inflow channels (10, 11, 12), one or more bottom plates (24) and multiple side walls (6); an outlet mouth (18); an outlet valve (13); several rotors (5); in and out sliding push and/or mixing blades (3, 4); and a self-cleaning system (16, 17); characterised in that the rotors (5) are integrated in the side walls (6) of the mixing chamber (2); the rotors are equipped with transit channels (30) for the in and out sliding push or mixing blades (3, 4); and the self-cleaning system comprises a cleaning plate (16) and a driving mechanism (17) wherein the cleaning plate (16) can move longitudinally through the mixing chamber (2).
INTEGRATED COMPOSITE OVERLOAD INJECTION SYSTEM AND WORKING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses an integrated composite overload injection system and a working method thereof. The feeding mechanism preliminarily mixes water with a main agent and an auxiliary agent of an intelligent energy-gathered oil-displacing agent according to the ratio, the outlet of the feeding mechanism is communicated with the input port of the composite overload mechanism through a pipeline, the composite overload mechanism stirs, mixes, dissolves and overload ripens the preliminarily mixed solution to form mother solution, the mother solution is input from the output port of the composite overload mechanism to the inlet of the booster pump through a pipeline, the booster pump injects the boosted mother solution into the mixer, the mixer mixes the mother solution and the diluted high-pressure water and injects it into an oil-water well, and the power shafts of the composite overload mechanism and the booster pump are both driven by the driving mechanism.
