STIRRING BODY AND STIRRING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH SAME
Provided is a stirring body that can be easily manufactured with low shear and that can generate a plurality of flows including a circulating flow and a turbulent flow to stir a fluid medium in a complex and unsteady manner, and adjust the flow of a stirring flow according to the purpose. A stirring body includes a flat plate in which a plurality of spiral blade portions extending from a central portion is formed by a spiral cut that does not contact an outer peripheral portion; and an operating member that supports the flat plate, wherein either one of the operating member or the outer peripheral portion of the flat plate is movable in a direction of separating and approaching in relation to each other, and the blade portion rises while being separated from an adjacent blade portion in conjunction with the movement in the direction of separating in relation to each other so that the flat plate is extended to form a three-dimensional shape.
BALE RIPPER ASSEMBLY FOR FEED MIXER APPARATUS
A bale ripper assembly for pulling plant material from a bale may comprise a bale ripper device supportable on an auger of a feed mixer apparatus and having a first face and a second face with a perimeter. The perimeter may include a leading perimeter portion for orienting in a direction of movement of the device when the device is mounted on the auger of the mixer apparatus and the auger is rotated. The leading perimeter portion of the perimeter may include a plurality of sections with each section of the plurality of sections being oriented at an angle with respect to an adjacent said section of the leading perimeter portion. An outboard pair of the sections form an outboard tooth of the bale ripper device. The leading perimeter portion of the perimeter may have an edge face that extends between the first and second faces, and the edge face may be blunt.
BIOREACTOR SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present invention is a composting bioreactor system that continually receives biodegradable solid wastes, waste waters and exhaust gases, automatically recycles the biodegradable wastes into nutrients and heat energy, and automatically supplies the nutrients and heat into an integrated hydroponic or aquaponic system. This invention together with integrated food growing system may be installed onsite such as balconies, backyards and premises of restaurants and food factories etc. therefore may lead to zero mileage targets both for recycling wastes and for supplying foods. This invention integrates composting process and aquaponic technology together and may establish a closed-loop recirculation of both water and gases therefore upgrades aquaponics into compoponics. A compoponic system has both soil and soilless growing beds and mimics nature recirculating nutrients, carbon and energy among human being, animals, microorganisms and plants by way of photosynthesis, slow burning by cellular respiration and burning by combustion.
FROZEN PRODUCT MACHINE
A frozen product machine that solves problems associated with conventional home ice cream and frozen product machines by prevents loss of product in the chamber and decreases freezing time for a liquid product. A cooling chamber is cooled by a cooling element that provides variable cooling temperatures throughout the cooling chamber. A temperature gradient, progressing from lower temperatures at the bottom of the chamber, or the outlet, to higher at the top of the chamber, or inlet, create a more efficient means of cooling a frozen product. An auger, that may be shaped to match the shape of the cooling chamber may include slots that allow for controlled flow of frozen product through the chamber to promote efficient cooling. Hinged fins may rotate from open to closed within the slot to further enhance flow of frozen product through the frozen product machine.
Mixing screw
An auger for a vertical feed mixer with a lifting surface that is upwardly angle from an inner edge toward an outer edge. A fliting portion to form a part of an auger for a vertical feed mixer, the fliting portion including an outer edge that is positioned higher than a radially positioned inner edge. An auger for a vertical feed mixer that in rotation defines an hourglass shape.
Apparatus for mixing and cutting animal feed and method of operating such an apparatus
An apparatus for mixing and cutting animal feed including a container with a sidewall, a rotary mixing and cutting device positioned inside the container and arranged to be driven by a driving unit. At least one counter element is provided at the sidewall. The apparatus includes a positioning device for moving the counter element between a retracted position and an inserted position, and a control unit to control the positioning device of the counter element and arranged to determine an indication of the amount of instantaneous power consumed by the driving units for driving the rotary mixing and cutting device and to control positioning device based on the determined indication of the amount of instantaneous power.
FEED MIXER WITH IMPROVED MIXING AUGER
The invention provides a feed mixer for mixing feed including a mixing container for receiving feed, wherein the mixing container has a bottom and a wall extending upwardly from the bottom, wherein the mixing container includes at least one mixing auger rotatably arranged in the mixing container, wherein the at least one mixing auger is rotatably drivable about a vertical axis, characterized in that the pitch of the at least one mixing auger increases upwardly.
