In-line flavoring granular and powder conveyor system
A granular coating conveyor system for coating granular particles carried in compartments along a tubular conveyor member. Coating fluid is fed over the granular particles through radial nozzles located inside a co-axial rotating blender with tubular member upstream discharge port and tubular member downstream return ingress port for the granular particles. The blender is a drum having a helicoidal spiral screw integrally mounted to an interior peripheral wall face of the drum and extending therealong radially outwardly of the tubular member mixing in the drum in tumbling fashion the granular particles with coating fluid and guiding same therealong, so as to dynamically form a kidney shape mass of granular particles.
MIXING DEVICE
A mixing device includes a base, a side tube and a primary extruder screw. The base includes an upper case body and a lower case body cooperating with each other to define an accommodating space. The upper case body has a first inlet and a second inlet communicating with the accommodating space and adapted respectively for passage of two materials into the accommodating space therethrough. The lower case body has a third inlet communicating with the accommodating space. The side tube cooperates with the third inlet to be adapted for passage of elastic fillers into the accommodating space therethrough. The primary extruder screw is operable for mixing the elastic fillers with a reaction product made by the two materials to form a molding material.

Apparatus, system and method for providing a bitumen-rich stream from bitumen-containing materials
Method and apparatus to facilitate recycling of at least one fraction of bitumen-containing materials. This can be accomplished by dissolving the at least one fraction, for example, maltenes or asphaltenes in roofing shingles, into at least one solvent. In one aspect, the apparatus comprises a dissolution vessel, a tumbler positioned therein, and at least one solvent distributor. The tumbler is configured to facilitate wetting the bitumen-containing materials with solvent. In a second aspect, a system comprises the apparatus, a solid-liquid separator, for example, a vibratory screen, and at least one solvent-fraction separator, for example, a flash drum. The at least one solvent can comprise one or more solvents useful to extract the at least one fraction. In a third aspect, a first fraction is extracted from the bitumen-containing materials with a first solvent composition, then a second fraction is extracted from the remaining bitumen-containing materials with a second solvent composition.
Roasting drum of roaster
A roasting drum has a main body and at least one opening formed through the main body. The main body has a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and multiple drums. The multiple drums are mounted around one another in sequence, are fastened to one another, and communicate with one another. Each one of the multiple drums has a blending blade formed on an inner surface of the drum. The blending blade is spiral and extends from the first end toward the second end. The blending blade of one of the multiple drums twists along a clockwise direction from the first end toward the second end. The blending blade of another one of the multiple drums that is mounted around the drum twists along a counter-clockwise direction from the first end toward the second end.

Resin dispensing apparatus
A resin dispensing apparatus includes a supply unit including a syringe having an internal space configured to hold a phosphor-containing resin. An agitator is disposed in the internal space. The supply unit is configured to rotate at least one of the syringe and the agitator to prevent settling of phosphor contained in the phosphor-containing resin. A discharge unit includes a cylinder having a discharge nozzle through which the phosphor-containing resin, received through a connecting pipe connected to the syringe, is discharged. A piston provides pressure to discharge the phosphor-containing resin through the discharge nozzle inside the cylinder.
