It is to intermittently and effectively generate large bubbles in a liquid phase. A bubble generation device 1 intermittently generates large bubbles a2 in a liquid phase. The bubble generation device 1 includes a bubble storing container 3, a pivot 4, and a pair of edge portion receivers 5a, 5b. The bubble storing container 3 stores bubbles a1 generated by a gas supply nozzle 2 in the liquid. The pivot 4 allows the bubble storing container 3 to pivot thereon, thereby releasing the large bubbles a2 from the bubble storing container 3. The pair of edge portion receivers 5a, 5b receives and blocks an edge portion of the bubble storing container 3 to limit pivot of the bubble storing container 3. An inside of the bubble storing container 3 is partitioned by a partition 30 that is installed in an axial direction of the pivot 4.

An object is to provide a slurry storage and stirring device which can sufficiently flow even a high-concentration slurry by a simple means and is excellent in stirring properties. Disclosed is a slurry storage and stirring device including a container which stores a slurry containing particles and a solvent, and in this device, the container has an inner wall provided inside the container and formed of a porous body which passes a gas supplied to the container through the porous body to generate fine bubbles in the slurry.

A device for stirring at least one liquid includes a fluidics module rotatable about an axis of rotation, a liquid chamber for the liquid within the fluidics module, an introducer for introducing mutually separate phase volumes of a phase different from the liquid, said phase volumes having a different density than the liquid, into the liquid within the liquid chamber, and a driving device for subjecting the fluidics module to such a rotation that the phase volumes are moved radially inward or outward in relation to the axis of rotation through the liquid due to the different density of the phase volumes and of the liquid and due to the centrifugal forces caused by the rotation.

A blower unit for pneumatic mixers, comprising: a hollow element internally defining a duct, extending between an input section and an output section, for the passage of an air flow between said sections, wherein said input section can be connected to a source of pressurised air and said output section can be connected to a manifold of a pneumatic mixer; a shutter suitable to shut off said airflow through said output section in a controlled manner; an actuator connected to the shutter and configured to regulate the position of the shutter; the hollow element has a first end portion, at said output section, that can be reversibly coupled to a corresponding end portion of the manifold and wherein the blower unit further comprises first reversible connecting means to establish a reciprocal connection between the end portions.

A powder rotary fluidization device and a method thereof are provided. The powder rotary fluidization device includes a support device, the support device is provided with an installing plate, the installing plate is provided with a power device and a fluidization device, and the power device is in transmission connection with the fluidization device. After a position of the fluidization device on the installing plate is adjusted through the support device, the power device is started to drive the fluidization device to rotate, and meanwhile gases are introduced into the fluidization device to process powder. and therefore the problem of poor processing effect on fine powder with high viscosity is solved through the rotatable fluidization device.

A fluidized bed mixer for combining a first powder with a second powder for manufacturing a magnet and a method of using the fluidized bed mixer for making the magnet. The first powder material is an alloy powder containing neodymium (Nd), iron (Fe), and boron (B), and the second powder material is an alloy powder or elemental metal powder containing one or more of dysprosium (Dy) and terbium (Tb). The fluidized bed mixer includes a fluidized bed portion in an upper portion of a mixing chamber, a cascading baffle system beneath the fluidized bed portion, and combined powder collection area beneath the cascading baffle system. The fluidized bed mixer is configured to homogenously combine a first powder material with a second powder material in such a way that particles of the second powder material adheres to and covers the outer surfaces of the particles of the first powder material.

A mixing apparatus for mixing powder and liquid, includes: an apparatus main body having an internal space; a cylindrical member arranged in the internal space with one end facing upward and the other end facing downward, the one end and the other end being opened; a powder dispersing portion arranged above the apparatus main body, the powder dispersing portion dispersing the powder into a space of the cylindrical member; a liquid spraying portion arranged in a vicinity of the powder dispersing portion, the liquid spraying portion spraying the liquid into a space of the cylindrical member; a collection portion arranged below the apparatus main body, the collection portion collecting a mixed powder consisting of the powder dispersed by the powder dispersing portion and the liquid sprayed by the liquid spraying portion; a filter arranged around the cylindrical member in the internal space; and a discharge port discharging air in the internal space through the filter.

This gas distributor comprises at least one elongate crosspiece including two side walls, inclined on their upper parts, connected to one another in their respective upper parts and defining a gas circulation housing between them emerging downward. The gas distributor includes at least one reinforcing member arranged in the housing defined in the elongate crosspiece, the reinforcing member (34) including a central vertical plate that extends longitudinally in said housing and at least one bracket fastened transversely between the central vertical plate and the side wall of the elongate crosspiece.
