A device for loading, mixing and delivering ingredients includes a measuring bucket pivotably mounted to the free ends of pickup arms pivotably mounted to a mixing vessel including a lid having a depressed basin with an opening formed therethrough. The mixing vessel and the measuring bucket are simultaneously moved with the measuring bucket in a loading position to fill with ingredients. The measuring bucket is moved relative to the mixing vessel from a transport position to an emptying position emptying the ingredients into the mixing vessel. A linkage is pivotably mounted between the pickup arms and the lid to simultaneously move the lid from a closed position to an open position as the measuring bucket moves from the transport position to the emptying position. The ingredients are mixed by mixing paddles inside the mixing vessel, and the mixed ingredients are released from the mixing vessel through an open gate.

Device for treating a product

At a device for treating a product in a receiving trough (1) which has at least one opening (5) for receiving the product, the treatment of the product is to take place by inner and outer blades (9, 8) which are arranged in the receiving trough (1) and can be driven separately by drives (14; 16). The drive (14) for the at least one inner blade (9) should be located on the same side of the receiving trough (1) as the drive (16) for the at least one outer blade (8).

ROCKER-STYLE LIQUID TREATMENT TANKS WITH INSTRUMENTATION

Disclosed are various embodiments of a rocker-style treatment tank equipped with instrumentation. In one embodiment, a rocker treatment tank includes a dasher configured to oscillate within treatment liquid in the rocker treatment tank. The dasher includes a dasher shaft, one or more dasher arms coupled to the dasher shaft, and at least one dasher blade coupled to the dasher arm(s). The rocker treatment tank also includes one or more sensors configured to provide data directly or indirectly indicating a torque transmitted to the dasher to effect oscillation.

TRUFFLE CONFIGURED COSMETIC ARTICLE
20230218490 · 2023-07-13 ·

A truffle configured cosmetic article which includes a protective outer shell, an inner volume of cosmetic and a capsule positioned in the cosmetic containing active ingredients. An appliance is adapted to receive the article, heat and blend the article to produce a warm skin formulation which can be applied by the user. The article is produced with the use of a mold. A combination of wax and coconut oil is melted and applied to most of the interior surface of the mold, defining a volume into which a cosmetic is applied as well as a capsule additive. The article is then sealed with additional wax and coconut oil material. The article is then released and ready for use in the appliance or to be wrapped.

MUD MIXING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
20220395788 · 2022-12-15 ·

A system and method for mud mixing using a container to hold a joint compound and the water. The container having a lid to keep the container shut and preventing the liquids from escaping wherein the container may then be shaken by the user to mix the joint compound with the water. The user then may remove lid and pull on a rod and plate connected to one another at the bottom of holding container. Rod and plate act as a pressure seal, whereby when the rod is pulled all of the mud may be removed from the container and placed into a pan for use.

FOAMED PRODUCT DISPENSING SYSTEM, VALVE MEMBER, AND PRODUCT CONTAINER

A foamed product dispensing system, wherein the system includes: a product dispensing machine, configured to receive an exchangeable product container; a product container, configured to cooperate with the product dispensing machine, after placement in the machine; wherein the product container contains a foamable product, preferably a food product, for example cream, wherein the product container is provided with a product processing unit including a frothing device having a product entrance for receiving product and a product exit for discharging product, wherein the processing unit is connectable to a gas supply for supplying gas to the product, wherein the system includes a hermetically sealable wall structure that encloses a container receiving space for receiving the container, wherein the wall structure includes a product outlet port that is closable (and sealable) by a thermally insulating closure member.

High-flow, high-pressure inline saturator system and method thereof

There is provided an inline saturator system and method for gas exchange with an aqueous-phase liquid. The system includes a pressure vessel, configured to receive a first liquid and a first gas from external sources and to discharge a second liquid and a second gas from the pressure vessel, and a gas infusion device situated within the pressure vessel. The gas infusion device is configured to receive the first liquid and first gas, to facilitate gas exchange therebetween, producing the second liquid and the second gas, and to discharge the second liquid and second gas into the pressure vessel. The system further includes a recirculation system configured to direct a portion of liquid within the pressure vessel back into the saturator device, where injection of the redirected liquid into the gas infusion device forces the first liquid into the gas infusion device for the gas exchange.

Hygienic mixer which is pivotably mounted

A mixing device includes a mixing container rotatable about a first axis of rotation for receiving mixing material, which has a mixer opening and a mixer cover which can be reciprocated between an opened position and a closed position. The mixer cover in the closed position closes the mixer opening and in the opened position exposes the mixer opening. The mixing container is rotatably mounted to a machine stand. The mixer cover is so fixed to the machine stand that the mixing container in the closed position of the mixer cover is rotatable relative to the mixer cover about the first axis of rotation. The machine stand has a stationary element and a pivotal element, wherein the pivotal element is mounted pivotably about a pivot axis relative to the stationary element. The mixing container is mounted rotatably to the pivotal element and the mixer cover is fixed to the pivotal element.

Reactor systems

This disclosure relates to equipment utilized to manufacture chemical agents, particularly biopharmaceuticals. In some embodiments, reactor systems comprising a mobile carriage assembly; a disposable reaction container removably attached to the carriage assembly; and, a carriage holder into which the mobile carriage assembly may be removably inserted are provided.

METHOD OF OPERATING A BATCH MIXER AND BATCH MIXER FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD

The invention provides a method of operating a batch mixer for producing first and second numbers of mixtures from first and second numbers of batches of materials to be mixed in the batch mixer, the batch mixer comprising a mixing chamber, a mixing element disposed within the mixing chamber, the mixing element and the mixing chamber being configured for providing an identical flow of the materials to be mixed within the mixing chamber and around the mixing element regardless of in which of the first and second opposite directions the mixing element is rotated, and a motor assembly coupled to the mixing element for rotating the mixing element for mixing the first and second numbers of batches of materials to be mixed for producing the first and second numbers of mixtures. The method comprises the steps of energizing said motor assembly for rotating said mixing element in said first direction, for each one of the first number of batches of the materials to be mixed: loading the one of the first number of batches of materials to be mixed into the mixing chamber, mixing the one of the first number of batches of materials for producing one of the first number of mixtures, and removing the one of the first number of mixtures from the mixing chamber, energizing the motor assembly for rotating the mixing element in the second direction, and for each one of the second number of batches of the materials to be mixed loading the one of the second number of batches of materials to be mixed into the mixing chamber, mixing the one of the second number of batches of materials for producing one of the second number of mixtures, and removing the one of the second number of mixtures from the mixing chamber.
