A system for applying a building material, including: a movement device for modifying a site of application in a space; a first component of the building material; a second component of the building material; a mixer for mixing the first component and the second component, the mixer including a drive module with a first coupling element and a mixing chamber module with a second coupling element, the drive module and the mixing chamber module being detachably embodied, and the drive module and the mixing chamber module being actively interconnected in an application state of the system by means of the coupling elements.
Convenient and quickly-assembled rotary composting barrel and quick assembly method thereof
The present application provides a convenient and quickly-assembled rotary composting barrel and a quick assembly method thereof. On the one hand, the solution provides a convenient and quickly-assembled composting barrel, which comprises two lateral plates, a bearing plate and several surrounding plates, wherein the lateral plates and the bearing plate are respectively provided with the first clamping grooves and the second clamping grooves, and nuts are pre-installed in the first clamping grooves and the second clamping grooves, and the surrounding plate is provided with through-holes through which bolts penetrate at corresponding positions; on the other hand, the solution provides a quick assembly method of the rotary composting barrel, in which by screwing bolts with pre-installed nuts, the bearing plate is connected with the surrounding plate first, and then the lateral plates are connected with the surrounding plates at both sides quickly. The existing rotary composting barrel is inconvenient and time-consuming to install. The rotary composting barrel involved in this solution is ingenious in structural design. It is very convenient to install, and the assembly time is shortened by more than half. It is skillful and environment-friendly when used in conjunction with an unloading cart.
GRID-LIKE FRACTAL DISTRIBUTOR OR COLLECTOR ELEMENT
A distributor element comprising: at least two fractal plates each defining a level below an adjacent fractal plate, an uppermost fractal plate comprising a first number of first openings, each of the first openings surrounded at a lower side by one of a plurality of first walls and, in the first level between the first walls, one or more first hollow spaces defining one or more first fluid paths, a second fractal plate comprising a second number of second openings, each of the second openings surrounded at a lower side by one of a plurality of second walls and, in the second level between the second walls, one or more second hollow spaces defining one or more second fluid paths, the second number being higher than the first number, and each of the first fluid paths and each of the second fluid paths having substantially a same length.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING ELECTROSTATIC IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER AND ELECTROSTATIC IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER
A method for producing an electrostatic image developing toner includes mixing toner particles containing an amorphous resin with additive particles. A mixing device used in the mixing includes a stirring vessel, a stirring blade, and a jacket configured to cool the stirring vessel, and condition (1) and condition (2) are satisfied. Condition (1): an internal temperature Ti of the mixing device in the mixing and a glass transition temperature Tg of the amorphous resin contained in a near-surface portion of the toner particles satisfy Tg−50° C.≤Ti<Tg (inequality 1). Condition (2): 0.08≤ (Pm−P0)/w≤0.50 (inequality 2) is satisfied. In inequality 2, Pm represents an average power (kW) of a motor for driving the stirring blade of the mixing device in the mixing, P0 represents an idling power (kW) of the motor, and w represents a total mass (kg) of the toner particles and the additive particles in the mixing device.
