PROTECTION DEVICE FOR AN AGITATOR SHAFT OF AN AGITATOR
Described herein is a protection device for an agitator shaft of an agitator, including an upper part, which serves for form-lock-fastening of the protection device to a part of an agitator head, which does not rotate during operation of the agitator; and a lower part, which serves for contactless covering of the agitator shaft; where the protection device includes two or more shell parts which can be form-lock-connected to each other by one or more manually releasable closures. Also described herein is a method of using the protection device for protecting operating personnel from getting into contact with a rotating agitator shaft of an agitator; and an agitator including an agitator shaft attached thereon, a part of an agitator head which does not rotate during operation of the agitator and the protection device attached thereon.
Truck mixer with safety device
Truck mixer with safety device, comprising a drum rotatable around an axis of rotation by means of rotation devices, which comprise a first drive member of the electric type suitable to make said drum rotate, during normal use, and a second drive member that functions as a safety device, able to be selectively actuated in a condition of non-usability, even temporary, of said first drive member, and also suitable to make the drum rotate.
Process for producing humic acid salts with fluidizing solid phase reaction
The present invention utilizes a high-speed intensive mixer in a fluidizing-type, solid-phase, neutralization reactor to blend solid-state alkali hydroxide with any humic acid sources. The final product is a dry humic acid salt. The purpose of this innovative method is to eliminate a series of complicated unit operations commonly employed by the traditional process. These removed steps may include dissolving caustic soda, mixing in a paste-like formation, extrusion, granulation, drying, and grinding, etc. The invention contributes to a simplified flowsheet, resulting in sharply reduced equipment investment, plant space, and labor and energy costs. All of these factors coupled with increased productivity will drastically lower the overall production cost. Also, the reduction of dust pollution will greatly minimize the impact in environmental protection and safety issues.

PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOUNDING DEVICE FOR INTRAVENOUS CHEMOTHERAPY
A pharmaceutical compounding device is for preparing intravenous medicaments used in chemotherapy. The device includes a compounding area with a robotic compounder, a sash window for closing the compounding area during operation of the device, and a sash window sensor system for detecting the open/closed status of the sash window. A pre and/or post-processor is arranged in the device and/or in a separate station. A controller has a security circuit for preventing opening of the sash window when the robotic compounder is performing a compounding operation and the sash window is closed. The controller has a first control circuit for the compounding area and a second control circuit for the pre- and/or post-processor area. The control circuits can be used independently to perform operations in parallel. The security circuit only acts on the first control circuit.
ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SLURRY MIXING
An electrical control system for slurry mixing includes a processing module, an input module, a display module and an inspection module. The input module is configured to input the configuration information and send an action command and the configuration information to the processing module. The inspection module is configured to obtain the status information and send the status information to the processing module. The processing module is configured to receive the configuration information and the action command from the input module and the status information from the inspection module, form a production action according to the configuration information or the action command, and then send the configuration information, the action information and the status information to the display module. The display module is configured to receive the configuration information, the action information and the status information, and display the configuration information, the action information and the status information.
Nitrous oxide gas mixer for generating a nitrous oxide gas mix
A nitrous oxide gas mixer includes at least one mixing chamber having at least one nitrous oxide gas connection and at least one oxygen gas connection for introduction of oxygen gas and nitrous oxide gas and at least one flow rate controller, by which a volume flow of the two gases can be respectively adjusted separately and/or together. At least one O.sub.2 emergency button is mounted to the mixing chamber for emergency flooding the mixing chamber with oxygen gas and/or with ambient air.
