Fluidic device, system and method for detecting sample substance
A fluidic device for capturing or detecting a sample substance contained in a solution includes at least two continuous circulation flow channels selected from the group consisting of: a first type continuous circulation flow channel which is formed of a first circulation flow channel and a second circulation flow channel and which is configured to circulate the solution in the first circulation flow channel and then circulate the solution in the second circulation flow channel; and a second type continuous circulation flow channel which is formed of a third circulation flow channel and a fourth circulation flow channel and which is configured to circulate the solution in the third circulation flow channel and then circulate and mix the solution in both of the third and fourth circulation flow channels, wherein any one of the circulation flow channels has a capturing section which captures the sample substance, and/or a detecting section which detects the sample substance.
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO AUTO-PRESSURIZE PRIOR TO DISPENSE IN A CIRCULATION DISPENSE SYSTEM
A system for generating and dispensing plural component materials includes a controller operatively connected to dispense valves and return valves. The return valves are in respective open states to allow constituent materials to circulate back to a source and are in respective closed states to block circulation. The dispense valves are in respective open states to allow mixing of the constituent materials to form the plural component material and in respective closed states to prevent generation and dispense. The controller implements a delay between closing the return valves and opening the dispense valves to build pressure in the system prior to generating and dispensing the plural component material.
Production module and method for producing solid medicaments
A production module for producing solid medicaments in individual batches, comprising a supplying device for supplying powdered starting materials, a mixing device connected to the feeding device and is intended for working the supplied powdered starting materials into a product, a final working device connected to the mixing device and is intended for the final production of an end product from the worked starting materials, and a control device for automatically controlling the supplying device and the mixing device and the final working device. Diverters allow a batch to be passed on from the supplying device to the mixing device and from the mixing device to the final working device without any backmixing. Data of all the process sensors and quality sensors of the production module are linked with the respective batch by the control device such that tracking and tracing of the batches is made possible.
MIXING DEVICE FOR COSMETICS
The invention relates to a mixing device for mixing one or more cosmetic preparations in a dispenser with a dispensing opening (8). The mixing device comprises at least two mixing plates (1) which comprise one or more passages (2), the diameter thereof tapering in direction of the dispensing opening.
Solution mixer, fluidic device, and solution mixing method
A solution mixer comprising: a main flow path in which a solution circulates; at least one solution introduction flow path connected to the main flow path; and at least one solution discharge flow path connected to the main flow path, wherein the solution discharge flow path has at least one solution discharge flow path valve, and wherein the main flow path has at least one main flow path valve.
Hygienic mixer which is pivotably mounted
A mixing device includes a mixing container rotatable about a first axis of rotation for receiving mixing material, which has a mixer opening and a mixer cover which can be reciprocated between an opened position and a closed position. The mixer cover in the closed position closes the mixer opening and in the opened position exposes the mixer opening. The mixing container is rotatably mounted to a machine stand. The mixer cover is so fixed to the machine stand that the mixing container in the closed position of the mixer cover is rotatable relative to the mixer cover about the first axis of rotation. The machine stand has a stationary element and a pivotal element, wherein the pivotal element is mounted pivotably about a pivot axis relative to the stationary element. The mixing container is mounted rotatably to the pivotal element and the mixer cover is fixed to the pivotal element.
Mixing Device for Producing a Powder Mixture
A mixing device serves for producing a powder mixture of a first powder component and at least one second powder component for an additive manufacturing device. The mixing device includes a first container for receiving the first and/or the second powder component, where a discharge opening for discharging the first and/or the second powder component is provided at a lower boundary of the first container, and a second container for receiving the first and/or the second powder component. The second container is designed to be at least partially open towards an upper side. The first and second container each include at least one fluidization zone for introducing a gas into the first and second container. The mixing device further includes a powder conduit that connects to the discharge opening of the first container and is guided into the second container.
MIXING DEVICE
The invention relates to a mixing chamber in which a first liquid comes into contact with a second liquid, and a gas injection device designed to inject a gas into the mixing chamber, wherein the gas injection device comprises: a gas source to provide the gas at a predetermined pressure, and a metering unit to limit the gas provided by the gas source to a predetermined flow rate, wherein the metering unit is in contact with the mixing chamber on a gas outlet side of the metering unit, wherein the gas outlet side of the metering unit comprises an elongated gap, wherein the gas passes out of the metering unit into the mixing chamber via the elongated gap, and wherein the gas passes out of the metering unit into the mixing chamber.
METHOD FOR REMOVAL OF GRIT IN A SLAKER EQUIPPED WITH A GRIT COLLECTOR
Methods and a slaker for removal of heavy grit during batchwise slaking of burnt lime in a slaker (2) for the production of lime slurry with a high degree of fineness and prolonged sedimentation time are described, where the following processing steps are carried out during the slaking process: a)—reduction of the stirring of the slaker (2) from a normal stirring speed to a lower stirring speed, b)—opening of an upper inlet valve (60) in a collector (70) mounted in the lower part (54) of the slaker (2) to lead sinking grit in the slurry batch to the collector (70), whereupon the upper inlet valve (60) is closed after a given time period, c)—increase the stirring in the slaker (2) back to the normal stirring speed, d)—after a given time period with normal stirring speed, a regulating valve (22) in the lower part (54) of the slaker (2) is opened for emptying of a batch of slurry to an external storage tank (3), and e)—when said regulating valve (22) is opened for emptying of a batch of slurry, a lower outlet valve (62) in the collector is optionally opened for emptying of collected grit.
MANUAL MIXER
A manual mixer serves to facilitate mixing and agitating materials for use during surgery. For example, the manual mixer includes a body portion defining an interior area, a mixing assembly provided in the interior area of the body portion, a crank assembly for actuating the mixing assembly, and a valve assembly. The mixing assembly serves to mix and agitate the materials provided in the interior through rotation of a plunger portion and a spring attached thereto, and through upwards and downwards movement of the plunger portion in the interior area. Rotation of the crank assembly serves to rotate the plunger portion and the spring attached thereto, and effectuate upwards and downwards movement of the plunger portion. The valve assembly can be opened to facilitate dispensing of the materials from the interior area.
