Cell bag rotator
A cell bag rotator is constructed to slowly agitate a plurality of cell bags by rotation along a rotation axis that is at least partially horizontal. The cell bag rotator comprises a plurality of plates to which a respective cell bag is attached. The cell bag rotator is suitable for mixing cells with particles for performing various types of subsequent cell therapy processes on the cells.
BLADELESS MIXER
A bladeless mixer for mixing a liquid, includes a cylindrical or truncated cone-shaped receptacle having an axis A and a radius R, the radius R being the shortest distance between the axis A and a side wall of the receptacle, the liquid to be mixed being placed in the receptacle and having an exposed surface at a height H measured along axis A; a member for tilting the receptacle such that axis A forms a non-zero-degree angle of up to 30° relative to the vertical direction; a member for imparting a rotational movement to the receptacle along axis A at an angular speed of rotation Ω; wherein the aspect ratio H/R of the height H to the radius R and the angular speed of rotation Ω are selected such that an inherent mode of inertia of the liquid has an unstable resonance when the receptacle is tilted and rotates.
Apparatus, system and method for mixing fluids using a drum mixer
A mixer for mixing a fluid and for dispensing the fluid into another container is disclosed. The mixer includes a first container configured to receive and hold a fluid, a stand including a base portion and an upright portion, and a bracket configured to receive and support the first container. The upright portion of the stand extends vertically up from the base portion. The bracket includes two structural members connected by at least one cross bar. The bracket is rotatably attached to the stand via an axle to allow the first container to rotate relative to the stand.
ELECTROMECHANICAL NIXTAMALISATION SYSTEM
An electromechanical nixtamalization system comprises a vertical cylindrical reactor formed by an inside container with an insulating layer, an end in the shape of a truncated cone, in which the material inlet and outlet reactor cover is provided. A reactor resistor is arranged inside the reactor and can be removed from the reactor through a resistor cover to which it is attached by one of the ends thereof, the cover being accessible from the outside through the wider end of the reactor, which is exactly opposite to the end in the shape of a truncated cone in which the material inlet and outlet is located. The reactor rotates in an oscillating manner about a horizontal rotation shaft attached to a base or structure along with bearings. A compressor introduces pressure through a pressure inlet valve located inside the reactor and a water tank located above the reactor is in communication with a lime container and in turn feeds the reactor through a valve. The gasses generated inside the reactor are used to heat the water reservoir.
Temperature controlled rotating apparatus
An apparatus is provided which comprises a barrel having a substantially cylindrical configuration. The barrel comprises an exterior surface and defines an interior volume. A base unit comprises a drive motor being configured to rotate the barrel by interfacing with the exterior surface of the barrel. The barrel comprises a thermoelectric heat pump attached thereto and being controllable for at least one of transferring heat out of the interior volume and transferring heat into the interior volume.

A device for producing semi-solid slurry, including a height adjustment mechanism, a position adjustment mechanism, a melt protection mechanism, a support mechanism, a revolving pipe, guide mechanisms, thermally-adapted elastic supports, a driving mechanism of the revolving pipe, and a cooling module. The height adjustment mechanism is a box structure including an upper casing and a lower casing. The position adjustment mechanism includes a stationary rail and a moving rail support, and the stationary rail is fixed on the upper casing of the height adjustment mechanism. The melt protection mechanism includes a seal box including a base plate fixed on the moving rail support. The support mechanism includes a main support frame and an angle adjustment bracket, the main support frame is fixed on the base plate of the seal box, and the angle adjustment bracket is mounted on the main support frame.

Provided is a centrifuge that preferably performs processes such as dispersion of a material to be processed while enhancing convenience for users. A centrifuge 1 of the present invention includes an ultrasonic wave generation source 10 that generates ultrasonic waves and a storage container 20 that stores a material to be processed M. The centrifuge 1 of the present invention also includes a rotation mechanism 30. The rotation mechanism 30 rotates the storage container 20 around a rotation axis L tilted relative to a virtual line V extended in a vertical direction in such a manner that the ultrasonic waves from the ultrasonic wave generation source 10 are constantly applicable to the material to be processed M.
Stirring method
A drug container is arranged in a horizontal state where a central axis extends along a horizontal direction, and the drug container is rotated about the central axis. In such a way, a drug solution in the drug container is moved along an inner surface of the drug container, and the drug container is reciprocally vibrated along the central axis in a state where the drug container is rotated, to stir the drug solution.
