Chemical reaction apparatus and chemical reaction method
A chemical reaction apparatus includes a horizontal flow-type reactor in which a content horizontally flows with an unfilled space being provided thereabove, a microwave generator that generates microwaves, and at least one waveguide that transmits the microwaves generated by the microwave generator to the unfilled space in the reactor.
Preparation method of polyurethane resin
A preparation method of a polyurethane resin including the following steps is provided. A liquid polyamine compound is placed in a continuous reaction system, and the liquid polyamine compound is circulated in the continuous reaction system. A solid bis(cyclic carbonate) and a solid catalyst are placed in the continuous reaction system to mix the solid bis(cyclic carbonate), solid catalyst, and liquid polyamine compound to form a heterogeneous mixture. The heterogeneous mixture is heated in the continuous reaction system in a microwave manner, such that the heterogeneous mixture reacts to form a polyurethane resin.
VESSEL AND DISPOSABLE INNER SLEEVE FOR MICROWAVE ASSISTED REACTIONS
A combination for carrying out microwave assisted reactions is disclosed, such as acid digestion and solvent extraction. The combination includes a microwave transparent pressure-resistant reaction vessel and a flexible film fluoropolymer liner inside the reaction vessel. The flexible film liner has a size and shape that substantially conforms to the inner walls of the reaction vessel. A pressure-relief closure is positioned on the reaction vessel and the flexible film liner, and an infrared temperature detector that operates in wavelengths (frequencies) to which both the reaction vessel and the flexible liner are transparent, so that an exact fit and conductive heating to the outside of the reaction vessel are not required.
Microwave device and flow tube used therein
A microwave device includes a microwave generator generating a microwave and outputting the microwave, a waveguide guiding the microwave output from the microwave generator, a cavity resonator, and a flow tube. In some embodiments, the cavity resonator has an irradiation chamber as a quadrangular prism cavity into which the microwave guided by the waveguide is introduced, resonates the microwave in the irradiation chamber, and generates an electric field in TM110 mode along a direction of a center axis through centers of top and bottom faces of the irradiation chamber. The flow tube is installed in the irradiation chamber and formed in a helical fashion by winding and extending around the center axis, and causes a liquid to be treated to flow in a direction crossing the electric field generated in the irradiation chamber. The center axis is a location where the electric field is the strongest in the irradiation chamber.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING A MICROWAVE-ASSISTED TREATMENT
A method for controlling a microwave-assisted treatment including: injecting an initial substance into a cavity; propagating microwaves into the cavity, thereby obtaining a treated substance; extracting the treated substance; injecting part of the extracted substance into the cavity; measuring a complex reflection coefficient; comparing the measured complex reflection coefficient to a target value; when the measured complex reflection coefficient is different from the target value, measuring operation parameters; comparing the measured operation parameters to given operation parameters; when the measured operation parameters correspond to the given operation parameters: removing a contaminant from the treated substance prior to injection into the microwave cavity; and/or varying a quantity of a given element within the microwave cavity, the given element comprising a catalyst, a microwave receptor, a reagent or an additive.
Industrial microwave ultrasonic reactor chemical leaching method
An industrial microwave ultrasonic reactor has an inner wall liner. A microwave generation device is formed by microwave units distributed on an outer sidewall, or by a microwave pipe disposed outside the reactor and microwave units distributed on the microwave pipe. One end of the microwave pipe communicates with the bottom of the reactor via a connection pipe I, and the other end communicates with the top via a return pipe. A shield is disposed outside the microwave generation device to separate the microwave units from the outside, and a heat removal device is disposed outside the shield. An ultrasonic wave generation device is formed by 10 to 30 sets of ultrasonic pulse units disposed at intervals along the outer sidewall. Each set has 10 to 50 members distributed along the circumferential direction of the reactor. A stirring shaft is fixed below a stirring motor and extends into the reactor.
