A method and an apparatus for producing improved zeolite particle compositions are provided, where the particles are treated with an oxygen-containing gas during micronisation. The zeolite particle compositions can be used in a method for treatment of the human or animal body by therapy and/or prophylaxis, and specifically in a method of treating or preventing conditions of the human or animal body or symptoms of these conditions that are related to heavy metals, endotoxins, exotoxins, and/or bacterial, viral or parasitic intoxications in or of the digestive system, mucosal surfaces or the skin. Also, new zeolite particle compositions can be used as food additive, as filter for purification of water, in packaging materials, or as cosmetic ingredient.
Stabilized metal-exchanged SAPO material
Described are catalyst materials and catalytic articles comprising a metal exchanged SAPO material comprising a plurality of substitutional sites consisting essentially of Si(4Al) sites and substantially free of Si(0Al) sites. The materials and catalytic articles are useful in methods and systems to catalyze the reduction of nitrogen oxides in the presence of a reductant.
COMPOSITE CATALYST, METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE CATALYST, METHOD FOR PRODUCING LOWER OLEFIN AND METHOD FOR REGENERATING COMPOSITE CATALYST
A lower olefin by using a zeolite catalyst, a composite catalyst capable of further extending the lifetime of catalytic activity, a method for producing the composite catalyst, a method for producing a lower olefin by using the composite catalyst, and a method for regenerating a composite catalyst in the method for producing a lower olefin are provided. The composite catalyst is a catalyst for producing a lower olefin from a hydrocarbon feedstock. This composite catalyst is constituted of a zeolite being a crystalline aluminosilicate containing gallium and iron or iron and further having a framework with 8- to 12-membered ring, and of silicon dioxide. By using the composite catalyst, a lower olefin can be continuously produced over a long period of time.

Single step process for the simultaneous production of aromatics, naphthenics and isoparaffins using transition metal functionalized zeolite based catalyst
Hydrocarbon composition plays vital role in fuel quality. For gasoline/motor spirit applications the hydrocarbon should have more octane-possessing molecules from the groups of aromatics, naphthenics and isoparaffins, while n-paraffins are not preferred due to their poor octane. Among the high-octane groups, again aromatics occupy the top but not more than 35 vol % aromatics can be mixed in gasoline for engine applications to avoid harmful emission, But there is no single process that addresses so far the issue of co-producing all the desired hydrocarbon components in a single process. Thus, it is interesting to have a single once-through process working on single catalyst system to produce mixture of all three high-octane molecules namely, aromatics, naphthenics and isoparaffins directly from low-value, low-octane n-paraffin feed. Herein, we report a novel single-step catalytic process for the simultaneous production of aromatics, naphthenics and isoparaffins for gasoline and petrochemical applications.
