The molecular sieve has micromorphology in a football shape and consists of molecular sieve framework and active elements. The molecular sieve framework comprises silicon element and aluminum element; the active elements comprise copper element and rare earth elements. The rare earth elements are one or more selected from the group consisting of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Sc and Y. The mass ratio of the silicon element to the aluminum element is 3-9:1. The content of the copper element in the molecular sieve is 1.5-3.2 wt %. The mass of rare earth elements is 50 ppm-2 wt % of the molecular sieve framework. The mass of the silicon element is calculated by silicon dioxide, the mass of aluminum element is calculated by aluminum oxide, the mass of copper element is calculated by copper oxides, and the mass of rare earth elements is calculated by rare earth oxides. The molecular sieve has a high catalytic activity in a temperature range of 175-550° C. and a good resistance to hydrothermal aging.

The catalyst layer contains zeolite particles that support a metal, and a rare earth element-containing compound that contains a rare earth element. The rare earth element-containing compound is added in such an amount that the molar ratio of the rare earth element relative to Si contained in the zeolite is 0.001 to 0.014 in terms of oxides.
Hybrid catalyst for selective and stable olefin production
A process for preparing C.sub.2 to C.sub.5 olefins includes introducing a feed stream comprising hydrogen and at least one carbon-containing component selected from the group consisting of CO, CO.sub.2, and mixtures thereof into a reaction zone. The feed stream is contacted with a hybrid catalyst in the reaction zone, and a product stream is formed that exits the reaction zone and includes C.sub.2 to C.sub.5 olefins. The hybrid catalyst includes a methanol synthesis component and a solid microporous acid component that is selected from molecular sieves having 8-MR access and having a framework type selected from the group consisting of CHA, AEI, AFX, ERI, LTA, UFI, RTH, and combinations thereof. The methanol synthesis component comprises a metal oxide support and a metal catalyst. The metal oxide support includes titania, zirconia, hafnia or mixtures thereof, and the metal catalyst includes zinc.
Molecular sieve intergrowths of cha and aft having an “sfw-GME tail,” methods of preparation and use
Molecular sieves comprising intergrowths of cha and aft having an “sfw-GME tail”, at least one structure directing agent (SDA) within the framework of the molecular sieve, an intergrowth of CHA and GME framework structures, cha cavities, and aft cavities are described. A first SDA comprising either an N,N-dimethyl-3,5-dimethylpiperidinium cation or a N,N-diethyl-2,6-dimethylpiperidinium cation is required. A second SDA, which can further be present, is a CHA or an SFW generating cation. The amount of the second SDA-2 used can change the proportion of the components in the cha-aft-“sfw-GME tail”. Activated molecular sieves formed from SDA containing molecular sieves are also described. Compositions for preparing these molecular sieves are described. Methods of preparing a SDA containing JMZ-11, an activated JMZ-11, and metal containing activated JMZ-11 are described. Methods of using activated JMZ-11 and metal containing activated JMZ-11 in a variety of processes, such as treating exhaust gases and converting methanol to olefins are described.
