A crushing device (25) includes a housing (13) into which a paper diaper (D) containing polymers (P) in a water-absorbed state is thrown, and a crushing member (28) that is accommodated in the housing (13) and crushes the paper diaper (D). A moving speed of the crushing member (28) is 0.1 m/s or less.
Waste disposer
A waste disposer comprising a primary dehydrating chamber, a grinding device, a secondary dehydrating chamber, and a storage chamber. The primary dehydrating chamber is adapted to allow waste to be heated therein to partly dehydrate the waste. The primary dehydrating chamber has: a first waste inlet for receiving the waste, a first vapor outlet for exhausting vapor from the waste, a drainage outlet for draining free liquid from the waste, and a first waste outlet for outputting the partly dehydrated waste. The grinding device is adapted to receive the waste from the first waste outlet and grind the waste to reduce the size thereof. The secondary dehydrating chamber is adapted to allow the ground waste to be heated therein to further dehydrate the waste. The secondary dehydrating chamber has a second waste inlet for receiving the ground waste, a second vapor outlet for exhausting vapor from the waste, and a second waste outlet for outputting the further dehydrated waste. The storage chamber is adapted to receive the waste from the second waste outlet and store the waste in the storage chamber.
Size reduction and storage device system and method of use
A novel material size reducing and storage device system comprising of at least one material size reducing unit which is capable of shredding, grinding, cutting or using other similar methods for the purpose of recycling plastic, metal, paper, and other materials; a storage unit; an apparatus that analyzes and detects the type or recyclable; a heating system that facilitates further size reduction of recyclable; a cooling system that maintains cool temperatures for food waste; a computer system having self-monitoring analysis and reporting technology (SMART); and a cleaning system that removes contamination from material so that said material is ready to be upcycled in a recycling facility.
Waste management system
A waste management system for plastic or other material floating on the surface and in the subsurface of a body of water. A shredding device will reduce the size of the particles of waste. Ocean water is removed by a drying device. The dried waste material is frozen to a temperature at or below minus fifty degrees Fahrenheit, using liquid nitrogen or other suitable means. The frozen waste material is then pulverized and ground into a powder. The powder may then be sprayed into a gas-filled chamber and heated. Temperature, pressure and humidity are maintained within the chamber for more than one minute. Microwave or other radiation and catalysts may be used to enhance the process of extraction. The processed material is then removed from the chamber. Carbon may be recycled or used as fuel by the ship. Water may be used by the ship or returned to the ocean.
DUAL-SHAFT SHREDDER WITH A HORIZONTAL MAINTENANCE CONCEPT
A two-shaft shredder includes a shredder housing, a first cutter disc unit, and a second cutter disc unit. The first cutter disc unit has at a first axial end a first bearing unit (80) with a first bearing housing and at a second axial end a second bearing unit with a second bearing housing. A first cutter disc block is rotatably mounted about a first axis of rotation. The second cutter disc unit has at a first axial end a third bearing unit with a third bearing housing and at a second axial end a fourth bearing unit with a fourth bearing housing A second cutter disc block is rotatably mounted about a second axis of rotation. The shredder housing has a first maintenance hatch cover which, in a release position, permits removal of the first cutter disc unit together with the first and second bearing units.
Adaptive architecture solids diverter and comminutor
A system for comminuting solid waste material including a shredding device disposed within the casing and comprising parallel first and second shredding stacks that include first and second parallel shafts rotatably mounted between an upper shredding device housing and a lower shredding device housing and a rotating screening drum disposed within the casing and mounted between an upper screening drum housing and a lower screening drum housing, the rotating screening drum configured to permit fluid to pass therethrough while capturing solids on an outer surface for delivery to shredding device, an upstream portion of the rotating screening drum disposed upstream of an upstream portion of the shredding device. The upper shredding device housing and the lower screening device housing are separate members from the upper screening drum housing and the lower screening drum housing to permit interchangeability of different sizes of these components to meet system needs.
FOOD WASTE DISPOSAL APPARATUS
Proposed is a food-waste disposal apparatus, in particular, including a housing; a plurality of grinding blades provided inside the housing and grinding food waste put into the housing; a grinding shaft mounted with the plurality of grinding blades at setting intervals and rotatably installed at one side of the housing; a grinding scraper comprising a plurality of scraper projections and preventing food waste from getting stuck between the grinding blades; and a scraper guide provided inside the housing, guiding the grinding scraper to turn to a mounting position, and supporting the grinding scraper in a mounting state, wherein the grinding scraper is mounted at the mounting position as turned along the scraper guide after the grinding scraper is laid on the grinding blades through an upper opening of the housing so that the scraper projections can be disposed between the grinding blades.
Device for grinding and mixing of herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, preparing and dispensing of cigarettes and method for the application thereof
Device for grinding and mixing of herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, preparing and dispensing of cigarettes and method for the application thereof The subject of the invention is a device for grinding and mixing of herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, preparing and dispensing of cigarettes, the device comprising a grinding chamber (2) for holding and grinding the herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, wherein the grinding chamber (2) has a plurality of tubes (9) for holding pre-rolled cigarette papers (17) and receiving ground herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, a carousel (10), which is rotatable around a central axis (16). The device further comprises a mixing chamber (5) for mixing the herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, which is located below the grinding chamber (2), a mixing unit (4) located in the mixing chamber (5), at least one door (7) on the carousel cover (8) for dispensing one tube (9) or a plurality of tubes (9) with the filled pre-rolled cigarette paper (17), wherein the carousel (10) comprises a plurality of tube holders (14) for holding the tubes (9). Chopper drum system and method with improved blade configuration
A chopper system and method for cutting crop material with a rotating first drum having first blades and a counter-rotating second drums having second blades. Blade pairs with one first blade and one second blade contact one another and cut the crop material. The blades of each blade pair contact one another for at least ten degrees of rotation. The blades can have beveled cutting edges, and the blade pairs can make bevel to bevel contact. The initial contact of the blade pairs during each rotation can form a swipe angle of 15 degrees or less. The initial contact of the blade pairs during each rotation can have the acute end of the first blade contact the second blade near the middle of the beveled edge. During each rotation, the acute end of the second blade can contact the back of the first blade.
