Apparatus and method for plant transporation using a smart conveyor
Embodiments according to the present invention relate to an apparatus and method for plant transportation using a smart conveyor. Embodiments of the present invention provide enhanced capabilities as a result of integrating robotic features, automations, artificial intelligence, queuing, fault control, automatic transport, scalability, safety measures, smaller footprint, and other computerized functions, along with a creative business model. In design of this invention the following high-level requirements were achieved: scalable for small, medium, and large businesses; safer than other machines in the market; sanitation consideration; simplicity in maintenance, and automated functions to reduce the need for labor (e.g., integration of robotics, AI, and/or other computerized systems).
MULTI-PURPOSE FOOD PREPARATION MACHINE WITH REPLACEABLE PROCESSOR
A processor-changeable multipurpose food preparation machine, comprises a actuator and a processor, a fixing base is arranged outside the insertion hole of the actuator, the outer end has a coupling mouth, the upper end has a first feed inlet, the two side ends have a first fixing part; the tail end of the processor includes a feeding base, the upper end has a second feed inlet, the two side ends have a second fixing part; the feeding base is inserted in the coupling mouth of fixing base and fixed into the fixing base, the second feed inlet corresponds to the lower part of the first feed inlet, when the second fixing part is coordinated with the first fixing part, the feeding base and fixing base are combined by a fastener, the processor can be assembled or changed easily and quickly, the operation is convenient and easily learned.
APPARATUS FOR COMMINUTING POURABLE FEEDSTOCK AND METHOD FOR OPENING SUCH AN APPARATUS
A device for comminuting pourable feedstock as well as a method for opening a device of this type. The device includes a housing, which encloses a comminution chamber, in which a rotor rotating around a rotation axis is arranged, the rotor being equipped with rotor tools over its circumference. A sieve holder, whose sieve extends along a circumferential section of the rotor, is used to separate the sufficiently comminuted material. The feedstock supplied to the rotor via a material infeed is removed from the device via a material discharge after being sufficiently comminuted. To improve accessibility to the interior of the device, it is proposed that, to open the housing, the sieve holder is pivotable around a first pivot axis from a closed first position into an open second position and additionally around a second pivot axis into a third position.
SHREDDING DEVICE
The present invention has an object to provide a shredding device which can efficiently shred the bagged garbage discharged from homes or business offices. The shredding device in accordance with the present invention includes a housing, a rotary shaft rotatably attached to an inside of the housing, a plurality of rotary blades attached around the rotary shaft to be spaced apart from one another in an axial direction of the rotary shaft, and a fixed blade attached to a bottom plate of the housing so that an article to be processed is shredded between the fixed blade and the rotary blades, wherein a lifting device which changes a distance between a tip of the rotary blade and a tip of the fixed blade by raising and lowering the rotary shaft is provided.
Automated method and device for trimming plants
Embodiments of the present invention pertain to a plant trimming machine. Plants are placed in a tumbler. As the tumbler rotates, leaves are sucked through the tumbler by a vacuum assembly and cut by at least one rotatable blade adjacent to the tumbler. The tumbler and blade are housed in separate cartridges so that they can be easily removed and inserted. Thereby, it is relatively easy to clean and replace a tumbler or blade with minimal downtime to the machine.
Macerator
An animal slurry macerator (1) comprising a housing (2), a slurry chamber (3) in the housing (2) for receiving slurry from a slurry inlet (6) on the housing (2), a rotatable cutting plunger (4) in the slurry chamber (3) for macerating slurry, and a plurality of slurry outlets (7) on the housing (2) for discharging macerated slurry from the slurry chamber (3) wherein the slurry outlets (7) are provided with air-valves (8) at the housing (2) to facilitate air flow through the slurry outlet (7).
Apparatus and method for automatic blade and razor for use in plant trimming
Embodiments of the present invention pertain to a plant trimming device having a removable cutting cartridge. A direct-drive motor is magnetically coupled to the cutting cartridge. The cutting cartridge houses a blade and a set of rotating blades. Plant parts are cut by the rotating blades across the razor. The cartridge is mounted on rails and has a handle to facilitate the ease of inserting and removing the cutting cartridge. Thereby, an old cutting cartridge is readily removed and replaced by a new cutting cartridge. Furthermore, the cutting cartridge can easily be removed for cleaning and later re-inserted back into the plant trimming device.
Modular plant trimming system and method
Embodiments of the present invention pertain to a modular plant trimming system. A number of plant trimming machines are placed side by side. These plant trimming machines trim leaves from a plant. A sensor detects when one or more of the plant trimming machines are added or removed from the system. A processor then balances a load of plants to be trimmed to be split between the currently available number of plant trimming machines.
Apparatus and method for automatic plant trimming tumbler
Embodiments of the present invention pertain to a tiltable tumbler for use in a plant trimming machine. Plants are placed in a tumbler. As the tumbler rotates, leaves extending through slots in the tumbler by a vacuum are trimmed off. A mechanism is used to adjust the tilt of the tumbler. Thereby, the rate by which the plant material in the tumbler is processed is faster with a higher tilt or slower with a lower tilt. The degree of tilt is adjustable either manually or automatically via a computer.
STRAND PELLETIZER AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING THE CUTTING GAP OF SUCH A PELLETIZER
A strand pelletizer for pelletizing a strand of material comprises at least one cutting edge and an opposite cutting edge. The opposite cutting edge is arranged on a base body which is displaceable relative to a support body. The base body is independently displaceable in a linear manner relative to the support body and pivotable about at least one pivot axis. The strand pelletizer enables simple and precise adjustment of the opposite cutting edge and an associated cutting gap.
