Meat grinder
Disclosed is a meat grinder. According to the technical solution of this disclosure, food is placed into a processing cavity through a material inlet, and after the food is fallen to a side of a propeller away from a cutter head, the propeller is configure to propel the food to a cutter. The food is pressed against the cutter head and the food on the cutter head is cut by the cutter, and the food in discharge holes is squeeze outed by the propeller. Because the propeller is rotatably connected to the cutter head through the wear part, it may prevent an end of the propeller facing the cutter head from rubbing directly against the cutter head and causing black powder, so as to avoid the risk of contamination of the meat and affect the user's experience.

A device for grinding and mixing of herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices, preparing and dispensing of cigarettes is disclosed. The device includes a single removable grinder/mixing unit 1200 that is extractable from the device and storable in a separate container 1600. The modular function enables convenient removal of any remaining herbs and/or tobacco and/or spices from the device for storage, and permits use of another grinder/mixing unit 1200 in the device for the grinding and mixing of other material.

The present invention relates to a method to grind mass in a grinder (1) wherein the mass is provided to the grinder (1) via a hopper (5) and transported by a feeder worm (2) to a rotating processing worm (3) which conveys the mass towards a cutting set (4) which grinds the mass and wherein the feeder worm (2) initially rotates in a first direction. During production the feeder worm (2) is periodically reversed and/or the speed of rotation of the feeder worm (2) is reduced in case the volume between the feeder worm (2) and the processing worm (3) tends to get blocked with the mass.

A separator assembly is positioned downstream of the orifice plate for separating the soft material from the hard material. The separator assembly includes a separator chamber that receives the mixture of soft material and hard material, in combination with a rotatable separator screw positioned within the separator chamber. Rotation of the separator screw functions to separate the soft material from the hard material. Soft material is discharged through perforations in the separator chamber and hard material is discharged through a discharge of the separator chamber.

A grinding machine for grinding foodstuffs, such as meat or the like, includes an orifice plate at the outlet of a grinding head. The orifice plate has collection passages that discharge a mixture of soft material and hard material through the orifice plate. The separator assembly includes a separator chamber that receives the mixture of soft material and hard material, in combination with a rotatable separator screw positioned within the separator chamber. Rotation of the separator screw functions to separate the soft material from the hard material. Soft material is discharged through perforations in the separator chamber and hard material is discharged through a discharge of the separator chamber.

The cutting performance of the cutting and separating device are significantly improved as the sharpened cutting edge is formed from a groove made on a distal end of the front flank, the outer contour of which groove cuts into the cylindrical portion.
