IMPACT BLOWER
A blower casing having an inlet in a side wall thereof and having an outlet in an upper portion of a peripheral wall thereof, and an impeller to rotate within the blower casing take in a composite including solid resin through the inlet and throw the solid resin radially outward and toward the outlet, are included. Multiple crushing blades each of which is in the form of a saw blade are arranged at intervals on an inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the blower casing, the multiple crushing blades being configured such that the solid resin is crushed by collision with the multiple crushing blades.
High-speed dewatering and pulverizing turbine
The present invention relates to a high-speed dewatering and pulverizing turbine (1) for obtaining solid pulverized particles and dissociating the water present, which is formed by: a) a stator (6) having circular geometry with a duct at one end (7) for the outlet of the solid pulverized particles and a duct in the bottom part (10) for the inlet of solid particles to be pulverized; b) a wheel or rotor with vanes or blades, located inside the stator; and c) a central securing assembly for adjusting and securing all the elements that form the wheel or rotor. Also described is a method for obtaining solid pulverized and dewatered particles, wherein the water present is separated.
GRINDING APPARATUS
A grinding apparatus includes: a rotating body configured to include therein a channel extending up to an opening formed in its own outer peripheral surface, the rotating body being configured to be capable of accommodating in the channel the substance to be ground and a grinding medium capable of grinding the substance to be ground; and a grinding container configured to include therein an accommodation space accommodating the rotating body and an opposed surface opposed to the opening of the rotating body, the opposed surface extending annually about the center axis of the rotating body. The grinding medium and the substance to be ground are capable of being moved from the channel to the accommodation space through the opening by rotating the rotating body. The grinding apparatus that can efficiently grind a substance to be ground can be realized.
HYDRATE PRODUCTION APPARATUS AND WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS USING SAME
A hydrate production apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a main body unit having a reaction space in which a hydrate is produced therein; an inlet pipe unit connected to one side of the main body unit so as to introduce, into the reaction space, a host material and a guest material for producing the hydrate; an outlet pipe unit connected to the other side of the main body unit so as to discharge the hydrate produced in the reaction space to the outside; and a pulverizing device unit provided inside the reaction space so as to increase a reaction area for producing the hydrate by pulverizing, into fine-sized particles, an object to be pulverized, which is at least one of the introduced host material and guest material.
LOCKING ROTOR ROTATION DEVICE
A rotor rotation device the rotor of a crusher includes a drive mechanism comprising a worm shaft and corresponding worm wheel. The worm wheel can selectively be coupled to said rotor in order to effect controlled rotation of the rotor, e.g. to facilitate maintenance of the crusher. The worm shaft cannot be back-driven by the rotor which allows the drive mechanism to serve as a lock against unwanted or uncontrolled rotation of the rotor.
Method and apparatus for rock disintegration
Ore rock is disintegrated into extremely fine rock fraction in a slurry by subjecting the slurry in selective orders of application of excitation forces and energy to cause spontaneous cavitation to occur in the slurry. The excitation forces and energy are provided by electrodynamic discharges, hydrostatic force, hydrodynamic energy, and sonic vibrations.
DUAL-PURPOSE GRINDER AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
A dual-purpose grinder and an operating method thereof. The grinder includes a material container assembly. The material container assembly includes a grinding head (12, 27) fixedly connected to a material container body (10, 20), and a grinding sleeve (15, 26) rotatably connected to the grinding head; the grinding head is fitted in the grinding sleeve, and the grinding head and the grinding sleeve define therebetween a material compartment for accommodating materials; and a connecting structure capable of being connected to an external power assembly is arranged at an upper end of the material container body. According to the dual-purpose grinder, the material container assembly can be individually used to enable manual grinding, the material container assembly can also be combined with the external power assembly to form an automatic grinder, the grinding head and the grinding sleeve move relative to each other by rotation of the material container body.

A method and system providing for comminution and concurrent flash freezing of botanical biomass. The botanical biomass is introduced into a pneumatic loop where it is subject to comminution and a cryogenic process within said pneumatic loop and subsequently discharged from said pneumatic loop.
Material processing apparatus with rotor control system
A material processing device has a rotor coupled to a rotatable shaft, and a rotor control system. The rotor control system comprises a rotor control mechanism with a first engagement member that is engagable with a second engagement member coupled to the shaft. The rotor control mechanism is operable into and out of an engaged state in which the first and second engagement members are engaged with one another. In the engaged state, the rotor control mechanism is operable in a locking mode in which the first engagement member is fixed in position to prevent rotation of the shaft, or in a rotation mode in which the first engagement member is movable to rotate the shaft. The material processing device may be a crusher, a shredder or a milling machine.
